This location closed the doors on me. Will never go to this location ever again. I guess they don't care about there over 10 year customers. Plus I guess they figure there are over 60000 locations.

I am one of millions CHASE BANK customers with over 15 years. Today, I am escorted out of bank with security. The branch Manager / Vice President: Cothina L Jones, said "We are trying to help you, but you need to leave!" I said : Can you give me the name of this branch director?Ms. Jones said " No! Call customer service!" Ten minutes later the branch closed.I spent 52 minutes between branch doors and exit doors speaking with customer service. Security keeping watch of me as employees went home and Ms. Jones remained in the Branch. I see LA County Sheriff parking out of of the way.TRUTH: Yes. I am upset CHASE BANK made an accounting error according to the CHASE CLAIMS DEPT- Manager and today supervisor customer service.This error put my account in a negative balance for the first time in fifteen years.I am upset, but not abusive or disrespectful to Ms. Cothina L. Jones, I am not sure she is frustrated as I am or she wanted to go home. Look at security footage.Respectfully: Jesse Santos.

People on this app are ridiculous. This specific location has become my favorite branch to visit. I'll usually visit this location at least once a week. The staff are generally always friendly to the point where I'm welcomed by name on some visits. I've never walked out of the branch unsatisfied. No seriously, the staff go the extra step in making sure my weekly cash exchange is fulfilled in the exact denominations I request. Stephanie in particular is amazing in making sure I'm taken care of.

The last time I was there my card wouldn't open the doors to go to the I door ATM. I was really glad that was fixed this time, since it feels safer I side than outside when you're alone at night!

I called customer service for help. At chase bank. But all chase customer service gave me was no help. At all since I lost my debit card. This lady from chase couldn't even. Help activatived my Google pay with..I'm sooooo desapointed
