Terrible over the phone customer service. Lady said she would check into things and to call her back in 15 mins. I called back half an hour later. She did not do anything and then put me on hold sitting on the counter for over 20 mins. until I hung up.

These guys are great. I was told they have great rates so I checked them out. They have a lot of services other than just cashing checks. Utility bill pay, money gram , life scan etc. Highly recommended.

This place has horrible rates, they wanted 20% to cash a out of state check, and then one time the owner wasn't there to do a DMV order that they advertise.

So I came here right after work, because I needed a livescan for my job. So very happy that they they don't close to 7pm during the week. Brad, was so helpful and kind. He had major patience with me, because my fingerprint livescan was taking rather long. I was also able to buy a book of stamps that were so cute. They are collectible Disney stamps so I will save them for my granddaughter. All in all I had a wonderful experience. Thank you so very much.
