Wow oh Wow!! There are nice people in this world. A young man named Jesus at the Chevron station was the best! Customer service with a smile. Professional and courteous! I’m a senior on my way out of town so I was a bit nervous hitting the road. I came here for the car wash and he was just so pleasant. Thank you Jesus. You made my day.

Very weird how the employees get to make up their own policies depending on how they feel. Mirsa was completely lacking customer service and was not helpful in the least. Would rather go across the street to the Arco, cheaper and better service forsure.

The gentleman at the cashier is extremely rude. I used to put gas there weekly and wash my car at that particular station at least once a month… good bye to this station. If there is no respect then I will spend my money somewhere else.

First Chevron that I stopped by to gas up in Kern County. Well maintained. The convenience store clerk was nice.

I came in at 6:30 and gave the elder man wearing sunglasses who was eating so obviously he had his mask down I told him to put $25 on 1 and he put it on 6 so he went outside and apologized to the other lady and gave her a free car wash for the inconvenience meanwhile I received a snarky remark saying “you told me to put it on 6”.This man was so rude and had horrible service I didn’t catch a name and he did not give me a receipt. His description is an older black haired man, tan skin, wrinkly face, small lipped guy who always wears sunglasses, and spoke Spanish. I believe both parties should have been handled equally and that man should of handled the situation better!

For a car wash in Palmdale, California to charge these high prices on full service car washes is mind boggling.1. They do not offer self serve car washes if you are wondering.2. The most inexpensive car wash is extremely expensive and get ready to pay "LA Prices" the standard is $24.99!That's right, $24.99 for a full serve standard car wash.3. The gas prices here are not competitive either as it seems the owner is trying to recover the cost of building the station, and car wash with the first year.4. When you think the wash is done, you drive off and guess what?, your passenger side has water spots due to the water that wasn't removed. The moment I heard the prices, I should have not given this new station a chance, but I did. The store itself is overpriced of course. The owner is trying to recover the cost of building this poor excuse with the next 12 months. As a business owner, I take pride in the product that I produce. The owner here, is looking for a quick money grab, nothing else. Zero Pride of ownership.
