This place is ridiculous!
I went in for a car wash ,waited a good 10 min for the gentleman to finally get around to me .
Went inside to pay and waited another 5 min for the cashier to finish her conversation, she made me go to another register to pay for car wash, I also wanted to purchase something else and she told me I had to go back and wait in line again!!!!
At this point the line is about 15 people deep because of the 5 min conversation she was having with the other person!!
And then to top it off it was the worst car wash I have ever gotten!!
Never coming back here again !

This place has gas pumps that don't accept debit card at the pump, you gotta go inside to pay for the gas you gotta go inside. The employees are cool though.

I normally only write positive five star reviews. You can check my history. Today unfortunately, that changes.
This gas station has a fantastic location. Anyone coming from the west side to the 14 freeway has a huge, safe gas station to stop at. Perfect you would think?
This station is maybe two years old, yet the pumps don’t have tap to pay. Seriously? That was a huge oversight. Next, as a commuter town people leave early. This means people need gas in the mornings. This station has FIVE TIMES in the past three weeks had screens that read something along the lines of, “pay at pump disabled, please pay inside”. Not to mention half the time the lights under the awning aren’t on so all the pumps are in the dark. This morning the lights were on so surely the pumps are working. 4:30am and no, pay inside again. Who pays inside anymore?
For being a convenience stop this is anything but. Today was the last straw. I won’t waste my time stopping here again. It’s a joke that this is positioned to be a GREAT and CONVENIENT station and somehow it was totally bungled.

Worst gas station ever. Pumps way too slow took about 10 minutes to fill 8 gallons. Not only that it has an incredibly dangerous flaw. When I was filling in my car, there was no clicking sound. My car was full of gas so should’ve filled up quickly. There was no mechanism to stop the gas flow when it reached maximum capacity and it kept going I wasted about $10 and there was a massive overflow of gas out of my tank. I was sitting in my car, the whole time waiting for the click then I come out to see that there was gas leaking everywhere. The lady next to me was very kind and she was also going through the same issues. This is very wasteful and very
dangerous. Please fix this issue. Never coming back.

I had the #1 (expensive) car wash and they knocked off the seal to my door. I tried to call them multiple times and no one answered. When shown the damage today, they refused accountability
So…buyer beware.

Dirty. Trash at the pumps on the ground, no windshield cleaners at the pumps. Slow pumps ten minutes to get 12 gallons. I left before I filled my tank.

Came here on a Saturday Oct 5 and had 3 vehicles serviced. 2 vehicles had oil changes and a wash. One truck, wash only. Both oil changes 1.5 hours each, with one vehicle ahead of me (in the bay) each time. The wash after the oil change took over an hour each. The 5 qt oil change cost $136. The 7 qt cost $157, both Mobile one oil. Expensive, but on par with everyone else. No issues with the oil change team.
The car washes were frustrating. They let your vehicle bake dry in the sun then try and salvage the damage they caused by half a** wiping down most of the vehicle with a wet towel. Vehicles that pulled up for a wash at the vacuum bay AFTER my vehicle is already sitting untouched in the sun, would somehow be completed before mine. I sat here all day. With my vehicles, this happened all 3 times. The wash is not good. They missed big areas when washing. The personal cost to me to fix their carelessness on all 3 vehicles is about a full day worth of work. I would suggest to go elsewhere. And yes, if I’m not happy with the service I received, I could have them re- do it. I know that. I don’t have another 3-4 hours to take that chance. The job should be done right the first time. I put some pictures to show how they cleaned only half of the truck bed topper, and some to show how bad the water spots are. This truck did not have those water spots before the wash.
