Horrible location cashiers are rude and very unprofessional. Stop by this locations to grab some candy for the kids. Anna was the cashier that was handling my transaction. Has I was watching the screen I noticed she charged me to for too many items, so I brought it to her attention. She tells me it’s right but I know what I saw on the screen. After she hands me the receipt and I go to show her that she over charged me, Anna gets defensive. A male cashier comes over and as I am trying to explain to him what she did he gets defensive. So once he looks at my items and realizes that Anna did in fact over charge me he doesn’t bother to apologize but instead seems to get annoyed that his now has to fix the mistake. His attitude was so bad that I just told forget the entire transaction and just give me my money back!!
With new choices everyday where we can send our money Customer Service has become a lost skill. There is a NEW 7-11 across the street, AM/PM is being remodeled on 20th/I, there is a new Shell also being built on 20th/I and with another Circle K on Valley Central. It wouldn’t shock me to see sales numbers start to decline if the Customer Service doesn’t improve!!

Briana was absolutely terrible I understand it's a rough area but the level of attitude and disrespect wes beyond me. She had a chip on her shoulder and a poor attitude the moment I came in and I was diffenetly discriminated against

This was the worst gas station I have ever been too. 1. Kinda located in a scary area. 2. The cashier's desk was covered with plexy glass, assuming this location has had criminal activity in the past. 3. The lady behind the glass expected me to bag everything, which I completed left alone, put it in the bag, and took my stuff and left. I thought it was rude, doing her job and not experiencing better customer service.

The clerk at this location is the worst, she won't allow refills on cups which I did 3 days ago at this location. I wish I could go lower with the rating.

It's my local circle k that's where I get my gas my coffee my drinks in the summertime in and out they could update it but it's good as it is but it could be better like everything else in life

Always dirty there, homeless always hanging around, and I've read enough reviews to see they have garbage customer service so I'm just gonna skip this place from now on.
