Some of the employees here at this store location are rude when asked a question the employee brush it off and tries to rush me on multiple occasions not friendly at all everytime I come in this store it make me uncomfortable

I am a regular customer of тнιѕ location & have had a ?????? of ??????. From randomly being closed for several hours at a time, charging for items that should be free w purchase- such as creamers & most recently false advertising (this happens regularly with the fountain refills they charge more then the posted price) I was in тнιѕ morning to pick up a pint of ice cream- that I have been purchasing almost daily all summer- it’s posted price is $3.99 and when I went to pay they were charging me $6.00! Almost ?????? the posted price! When I pointed this out I made it a point to also show the employee the sign that lists the price. I will say that the employee that assisted me initially was nice and wanted to help w the situation but when he brought his manager over and explained what was happening he was of zero assistance, in fact he even attempted to gaslight me! He picked up an ice cream sandwhich that is $3.99 and proceeded to tell me that the posted price was for the sandwich! Sorry, but being that the posted price was not even on/from the same freezer in fact they are in different parts of the store! Add to that, I have been buying тнιѕ exact item on the regular for a couple of months now! So beyond unprofessional.
I would have given one star were it not for a small handful of employees that are pretty awesome. They almost balance out the one guy who is consistently awful.

Stopped in to get Diesel and Def for my RV and this place sells the fuel but doesn't sell Def.. how that makes any sense is beyond me.

Great place for snacks, gas, car wash and Drinks…. except the slushy machines barely ever work. There’s three machines. Each machine has about five flavors. I was there today for gas and all of them are not working. I asked the guy behind the counter when they would be fixed and he said with the struggle of his shoulder. I don’t know. Please fix them. I enjoy a Coke Slushy Every once in a while. The location of this store is the upper desert Lancaster and it’s summer right now. We’re averaging about 100 to 105° a day. That would be the best time to have the machines working. I don’t think you would sell as much during the winter, but you sure will during the summer, but only if they’re working. Thank you for letting me Voice my opinion. Please fix them as soon as possible…….

Where to begin? Supposed to be 24 hours, but randomly & without warning closes for , varying increments of time, sometimes 30 minutes, sometimes it’s three hours, maybe 1am maybe 3am and you never know when that’s gonna be. Also, perpetually changing nonsensical policies; case in point, just last month the self checkout didn’t take cash on grave- only on the register aaand this month no cash on the register-but cash on self checkout…. Weeell kind of, cause sometimes they simply spit out your cash and the clerk will then refuse to offer an alternative or assistance of any kind , simply ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ so you’re just f’d.
For the most part, the clerks are great with the exception of oh, I’d say two employees, particularly the sour faced one with the beard who’s super thin & lanky almost, who seems to lie for no apparent reason. Scratch that, maybe not without reason, but rather laziness because he doesn’t want to put in minimal effort, so frustrating.

On 9/5/23 I went there on the morning just before 8am to put gas and I couldn't figure out how to use self checkout machine and the employees that where there at the time didn't help me they just made fun of me and one employee a girl told me that I have the lowest brain so l left just across the street. I am an older person and i am not very good with computers or technology I wish people where more understanding and had more patience with people like me. I Don't recommend coming to this location the employees are extremely rude and unprofessional to older people i seen this happen to a and older African American lady and the same employees just made fun of her they act like they own the store i hope the owner sees my post and talks to the because they are just horrible to people. GOD BLESS AMERICA ?? love and peace to the world there is a lot of good American people looking for work and that are willing to be nice and helpful to people unlike this boy and this girl there are much great full people willing to work unlike this two rud employees I see so many complaints on this page but I don't think management cares I think they just care about making money and don't care about people they should hire a bunch a baboons I think they would do a better job with costumers than this 2 ? LOL now I understand why they have the k is because of killing the American costumers service really I never seen more rude and unprofessional employees well in Wal-Mart the employees are pretty rude and offensive too
