HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES Ok so I stand in line to get my prescription and ther is 3 employees the guy is running back and forth helping drive thru and answering phones. And there is 2 lady's standing there talking about a cute guy that works in CVS now and there is no one in line but me. The guy told me to wait and he will help me as soon as he can. After 25mins the nurse comes in and all of sudden the lady's act like they are working and one of them comes to help me and she says "can I help u" duh I been standing here for 25 mins and u been looking at me the whole time. Horrible service ughhhhhh

As I was standing in line to get my prescription at 11:15 they announced they were going to lunch between 1130 and 12 o'clock. There were three customers in front of me. They refused to let me come to the counter at 11:30 when I have been standing in line for 15 minutes already. Not my fault they're too slow. Bad customer service. I understand taking your lunch break. But when you're on mobile app order you should be able to pick it up immediately. Not a happy camper that I have to now return back again.

Usually I have no problems with cvs in particular, but just this one time this cvs made an awful mistake. I did not know I had no refills left but the lady over the phone a few days prior to my medication running out said it would be taken care of no problem. I come in to get my medication. The least important ones which I were expecting come into my possession, but the one I needed most is nowhere to be found. I've been told I have no refills. Shocking. In all the time I could've spent requesting and pestering my doctor to give me a refill, I've blindly waited for my stomach medication which would've never came. Right now it's day 3 of not eating or drinking much and in pain. I don't know what you do in your spare time lady on the phone whatever the heck your name is at this cvs, but it is much preferred you warn people about their refills or having none left to refill. BTW I HAVE LOST ALL MY PROGRESS GAINING WEIGHT THANKS TO YOU. I have such a hard time gaining weight. It takes months and months of eating small amounts continuously to look the way I do now since I have a swallowing problem, and now it's gone. Gone! I don't care if I am mean. I put my trust in you to just get my meds and make sure I am ok for a good while for it. So good day to you. I will be sour for a couple months because I have to just toil in my sheets feeling sickly until I get my meds.

I went into the 20th st west store and bought some CVS brand diarrhea pills 24 ct. When I got home i realized I bought the softgels instead of the pills. i went right back to store to exchange them. They wouldn't exchange them because I didn't have the receipt. The cashier Adam didn't give it o me. We are talking I was there within 15 minutes, price is the same, same count. They said i didn't push the button that said print receipt. So now I have contact someone to get a copy of my receipt so I can take it back for a refund. I explained I don't want a refund I want to exchange it. Danin the supervisor said exchange and refund were the same thing. Someone needs to inform Dani off your return policy, which clearly states you can exchange for the product without the receipt. The security guard needs to mind her own business and not put her 2 cents into the store and customers business. I will never shop at your store or any other CV S again

I went there this morning to get my Mother and I our booster and was shocked to find we did not qaulify, I assumed and yes assumed = a** of you and me And I sure did as with all the Hype and Fear being spread I thought we were elgiable as Mom is 81 and I am High Risk because of medical condition, But we were 2 months early as you Must wait 6 months the Nurse who informed us was the kindest most patient person and I will tell everyone if you want to be treated like you matter ask for her she is so kind and patient she gave us the right information and calmed me down I will admit I was very over reactive and she listen and explained to me in the most patient kindest fashion, I so appreciate the way she controled the whole situation allowing be to compose myself. Bravo to her and a Job Well Done .

If I could give 0 stars I would . I can't believe how inhumane the pharmacy is for CHRONIC PAIN PATIENTS!!! Imagine your doctor prescribing the medicine you need for spine surgery only for the pharmacist to DENY your medication you NEED .... I hope one day the pharmacy learns to be compassionate for people dealing with cancer and chronically I'll people like me . It's up to my doctor to decide what I need for my pain . NOT the pharmacist. Never ever will I be using this pharmacy again . EVER !

This CVS Pharmacy is incredible due to one of their star pharmacists named Ovanes!!! After receiving a horrible generic brand of medication from another pharmacy, Ovanes saved the day by helping me get the manufacture of the generic that I prefer without all the nasty side effects. Ovanes knew his medications from A-Z and made me finally feel comfortable knowing I could have this serious issue corrected asap!!!! Ovanes worked his butt off to help me even though another pharmacy (not a CVS) screwed up big time! Ovanes truly cares about helping his customers and gave me incredible and reliable service that I can count on for myself and my family! I truly can't thank Ovanes enough!!! And as a side note, the pharmacy was extremely clean, there was no wait, and other staff members that helped us were incredibly friendly! This is now my preferred pharmacy!!! Ovanes deserves 10+ stars!!! Update 10/31/21 I came in to pick up a new prescription and Jade, Dana and Pharmacist Adam assisted me today and I was treated so incredible! They gave me the best customer service and were fast, friendly and so incredibly helpful! I am so happy to have such a great pharmacy to go to now! 10+ Stars!!!

Staff is decent. Locations is extremely ghetto and dirty. I give it a 4 star because I once had a problem with a return item. I wanted to return an item and I was told to return at the location i bought it from. 1 hour away lol i guess it's stores policy , idk but I thought it was pretty d*** considering i had the receipt.

This pharmacy has been terrible the day i switched. I came here for convenience because it's 24 hours. The last couple times they gave me the wrong meds, they gave me 3 bottles of one and forgot the 2 most important ones i asked for, they never have it ready when i call, when it's their mistake they still make me wait for the entire line to have me come up and fix their mistake. They didn't have my med in stock the last time and didn't fill it so by the time i came they told me they didn't have it, but then they checked and decided they DID have it and still took 30 minutes to fix their mistake and get me my life saving medication. They're awful and I'm switching as soon as possible. On top of messing up 100% of the time they do not have good customer service skills. They're terrible and rude. Don't go here.

They're pretty good except when you call the pharmacy. They don't answer EVER. I need delivery and I can't get past a robot answering service
