On December 14th 2023 Costco food court old employee name John I'm disabled and I'm using the electric shopping cart Mr John telling me to move my cart blocking people so I did move the second time because a lot of people at Costco at the time I told him what do you want me to do about it I can't move electric cart so I got up and left.

I usually don't like to give bad reviews on people working in retail because I know how hard it can be sometimes but ... lately i've been experiencing some very rude females working at Costco at this lancaster location. I'm extremely polite, friendly and nice so it's unfair to me when I get treated like i'm bothering employees thats supposed to be willing to help customers out. I just left the costco in Lancaster on Ave L store # 762. I go to self check out now because I had a bad experience with a cashier working there she had a very nasty altitude, gave me and my family such a hard time and called the supervisor on us for no reason... well because I was with my husband using his costco card and she said I had to have my own lol smh so we go to self checkout that way we don't have to deal with unpleasant angry cashiers anyway... I came for some pull-ups and wipes for my babies thats what I usually shop for, as I'm waiting for a register to free up the employee calls for me to go too a register that just opened so I walk to it and scan my card, now they dnt have hand held guns for us customers to scan our items so I politely say hi to the young lady "PORSHA" working self checkout and ask her can she please scan my 2 items I had which was wipes and pull-ups. First of all she didn't speak, she frowned her face up and looked at me like I could of picked them up and scanned them myself but I never had to do that because the employees working at self checkout have always did it for me but she had an attitude even after she scanned my 2 items I told her thank you and she barley responded to me and was like Mmmhmm. I felt like I was asking her for too much or maybe she was having a bad day and I get it .... But that location really has some very rude females working there and they need to be retrained on how to treat customers or maybe I need to start driving to Santa Clarita where the employees have good customer service

Tires??? We bought them, called when they came in and set up appointment, husband drove over an hour, been waiting over 2 and a half hours... Still waiting and still has the drive home when they close so employees probably home before him :(

Finally been getting better employees still bad mood not the friendly still good samples cookie in food court was amazing so soft and gooey good pizza experience was better then last time

They were very helpful and informative. They didn’t have what I needed so they called around and found the tires in Santa Clarita and had them hold them for me.I found a nail in my tire a few days ago and wondered if the warranty would be voided if I had it repaired elsewhere, so I called. Turned out that Costco repairs their tires for free! And, I was right, repairing the tire elsewhere would have voided the warranty.

Worst Costco ever every time I go items are never in stock or removed from sales floor. I asked an employee why is that everything changes every month. He stated it's our way to get you to spend more on junk items. Also he laughed and said that's why I don't shop here I just work here. This place carries the worst nature valley snacks all the ones that were good no longer carry Thanks Costco. I'll take my business to Sam's club. Even your employees know you guys SUCK!!!!!

My wife and I have been Costco members since 2008. I've always admired and respected their policies, especially having their locations closed during the holidays so that their employees can enjoy it with their families. Their prices and return policies have always been consumer friendly also. Admittedly, I haven't been inside the Lancaster location since the pandemic, and have opted to some of their competitors' curbside pick up and delivery options. On February 4th, my wife and I decided to visit their location and were completely shocked by how much their customer service has changed. Cashiers and baggers just carried on with their conversations while ringing up our items without so much as a simple "hello, thank you for shopping with us." Or "did you find everything ok!" "Do you need a box for your items." It's such a shame.... But I think I will start to ship more with their competitors where I at least feel welcome in spending my money.

The optometry department is horrible. I brought my glass in to be fixed . I was told to wait while they broke the strap and scratch the frame on my glasses and was like they are fixed .. costco doesn't send already bought glasses back to be fixed in Lancaster we do things differently.. Horrible service

I am not a regular at this Costco location. We were in town visiting family and decided to run to Costco for a few items for dinner. Our experience was excellent and we had an amazing member service experience. Our cashier, Lindsey, was so sweet and efficient. She even made the effort to talk to our two year old daughter and make her feel like a part of the process while still maintaining an efficient and quick work pace. She has renewed my sense of hope in people, especially retail workers. So, Lindsey, If you see this, thank you for being amazing.
