Great location, very convenient and safer than others in the area. I don’t get some of the other reviews, maybe they weren’t having a good day and decided to vent. I thought they were rather helpful and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Pretty cool place to store your merchandise staff very friendly knowledgeable and helpful it also offer excellent prices for the storage units and supplies this will be my go to spot from now own and in the future if I have any new changes especially if there is one where I am relocating

This place is becoming a joke I. I have the smallest storage only paid $95 a month. Now it's at 162 a month . I'll be clearing it this week . They get you on the deals then next thing you know $5 more then $10 last month it was $142 now this month $162

I apologize for my hot headed review yesterday I'm sorry we all have trouble and mine seem to push me to the boiling point yesterday. I have never left a review in my life that was the first time and I pushed it as far as I could and I apologize for that.

I had a very bad experience with this Storage. I buy storage units for a living. Carlos called me about to inform me that I had won a unit. At the time I was driving and he asked me if I was confused and if it was really me who purchased the unit. That he would cancel it ,mind you he gave me no information about it. I ended up calling him back when I got was able to stop and park and talk on the phone. He continued to act disgusting being very rude snapping at me and told me he was canceling my auction and that he was with a customer. I told him I would have to call corperate he told me Do it! Do it! and hung up the phone. When I called the company, it was very hard to get in contact with anybody. I ended up talking to a representative and they told me a district manager would call me back within 48 hours. He continued to report me on the auction sight and get my account banned. Yet there are no consequences for his actions . Its simple I told him Carlos all you had to do was tell me the company and adress but I guess that really pissed him off. Never buying here again. He also banned me from the storage cubesmart lancaster but I have a lot of good standing business relationships with other storages. Avoid this place. I never insulted this man!? Im confused maybe he hates his job.
