Went there today to get passport pictures. There was only one employee in the register. I was 3rd in line, once it was my turn I told the gentleman that I wanted passport pictures for my son. And that he can take the lady behind me and I would wait. He took my baby's pictures twice, and the pictures came out blurry, and he showed them to me and I told him that I was not happy with them. And he got upset. He was getting a busy line so I told him I would wait, he then proceeded to call for back up because it was getting busy. Once the staff member got go the register he told her "I took the picture twice and she doesn't like them" I then said "is not that I don't like them, the pictures are very blurry, I am paying for these" I was not rude but I told her. She then proceeded to help me. She was very nice, and took her time to take my sons pictures. Back where I used to live, I never encountered any type of rudeness from my local CVS. This staff member should be more nice. People come here and buy things. We aren't getting anything free.

Drive thru is the worst. I can tell you that you are looking at least, minimum on an hour wait. Why they have the employees doing other things priority over customer I could never understand. Employee is leaving for more than 10min. Then comes back to help you. I waited for over 1hr to get this type of service. No wonder they are loosing customers.

I now hate cvs. My wife had several prescription. We had to fill before her operation. One was a pain medication. The pharmacy kept making up excuses for them not having the medication. They made me feel like a drug addiction. My wife's Doctor even called and they lied to him. Found out from Walgreens that they could have called and ordered it for my wife instead of acting like asses and making me feel like I was doing something wrong. Walgreens filled the prescription the same day. I WILL NEVER return to cvs again.

This is a great location & it's one of the few pharmacies in Lancaster where you do not have to wait forever. Friendly staff who are always happy to help with any questions.

Unbelievable that it takes a "Front Store Manager" to allow a customer to use the restroom while they wait 20 minutes for a flu shot. What kind of CVS doesn't have "public restrooms?"Oh, and these are the restrooms, by the way. Clearly intended for public use based on their location and open access.

The employees are super nice and helpful compared the CVS on the west side on J. Their security guard there is also VERY nice and pretty amazing.

Efren and Hilda always seemed annoyed when I show up. Maybe it's my perception. But I give them 5 stars, because no matter what, they are always courteous and represent CVS as if it was their Mama. lol. The manager Tino is great, I give him 110/100. I love to coupon here and roll my extra care bucks. Rite-Aid just lost me as a customer because of the rude people they hire, so I will be doing all my shopping with CVS as well as my prescription needs.

Just don't come here. It's crazy busy and the cashiers are so slow. And I don't smoke but since the cigarettes are on clearance here the people are coming in swarms. It would have been faster to go to the market for my dog food. I gave it one star because the checker that rang me up was very apologetic and friendly.

Do NOT use the photo department (if you can call it that) at this location. My husband and I were going to order 60 5x7 prints. Our photographer put in an order over their website for ONE print so we could see if we liked it before putting in the big order. She ordered it Tuesday evening, and it was supposed to be ready Wednesday after 11am. I went in around 11:30 and they hadn't even started processing it yet. Someone from the back (who I assumed was a manager) came to "help" me. FIrst, he said the printer needed more paper, then he said he thought there was a problem with the ink....but after waiting 15 minutes or so, he admitted he didn't know what the problem was, but for some reason it wasn't printing. I had to give him my number so he could call me when it was ready....ONE 5x7. He said it would be free of charge because of the wait and that it would be in an envelope on a shelf behind the register. I got the call that it was ready about an hour later. My dad was out shopping, so I asked him to pick it up on his way home. No one there knew about it (approx. 10 minutes after I got the call it was ready), so I had to explain to them where the shelf was. They eventually found it, but made my dad pay for the print. When I called to explain what had happened, a man who said he was the supervisor said he knew nothing about the situation, but he'd look into it (without taking my phone number). He said the only thing I could do was drive back and return the print...and he was fairly rude about it. I am NEVER going to use CVS for pictures again. Do yourself a favor and go a few blocks down to Walgreens, they are MUCH better!

Went through the drive-thru yesterday to just pick up my meds, the pharmacy tech was a complete moron! I got my pills but he was extremely slow and did not seem to have a clue what he was doing. He was a tall slender Asian guy, I don't remember what the name tag said.
