CVS is attempting to force customers to utilize the self-checkout machines vs utilizing a human at the cash register to service their customers. That is not a favorable option for me. Therefore, I will shop at Walgreens for my drugstore needs.

I been going to this cvs since I've lived in Lancaster which has been 20 plus years. I understand that they have recently been robbed several times and are on understandable high alert. The only issue that I know have is they seem to Target certain customers while they shop. I believe that they beef a better system. A better security system, a better way of preventing theft because the current one isn't good. Please help.

They are usually very busy but they try to start the next transaction while finishing the first, to get the line down quickly. Pharmacist last night was very helpful locating the prescription at a different location so we could get it filled since they were out of it. I appreciate his effort and helpfulness.

In their pharmacy department they dont know anything , it’a jan2nd, 2024 i went to take my medicine one of them they sonMt have it then a lady said i can fine it’s on the counter , i said can u send someone to help me , she send a guy with me who is consultant (i guess) . He went with me but he could find , i said could you check your inventory in your computer that u have it or not. I don’t think so he knows how to check it. Then another problem i don’t gel any text message from cvs that they receive a prescription for me , i ask the same person( i am not racist but he is asian) he said he doesn’t know why it stop send me sms , i said can you fix it , again he said no he doesn’t know but he said your number is here. I mean basically he doesn’t know anything . He doesn’t help me for anything.

They said they don't take any walk-in for COVID-19 even though the sign is everywhere not saying anything about only scheduling. I called prior and it said they do take walk-in but it's limited. So I don't know why the young asain dude said they don't do walk ins and I have to call or do it online only. Talking about the Pharmacy.

I have shopped at this CVS since they opened. Consistently, the service by employees and staff - whether I am checking out or ask a question when an employee is in the isles stocking, I have had Excellent Service! I wish I could remember the names of all the employees that have helped me, but I can honestly say, Everyone gets a Gold Star (or 5!) from me!

BEWARE if you plan on using this pharmacy. You can either get a really good employee, who will help you. OR you get someone like VALARIE who is incompetent at her job, beyond lazy and an overall should never work in customer service.

Thoughtless and rude store staff. I would criticize them for their customer service but that would imply there was any service to begin with. Go to Rite Aid or Walgreen's instead!

Got charged for something extra in the self checkout line, I didn't realize till after paying. Stood at the counter for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come help but no one ever came. Decided my time was worth more than the 5.99 extra I was charged.

The only thing the woman in the pharmacy would say over the phone is “We’re not a participating pharmacy. You need to have your prescription transferred somewhere else.”I’ve never had this issue at any other location.
