Had a great experience here D&D Wireless gets the jod done. Friendly and knowledgeable. And honest. I was in and out in no time. Fair prices that made the whole deal that much more enjoyable. I will be coming back to these guys for more repairs in the future for sure. I got kids and yall know how that goes with phones and tablets..lol. overall I recommend them for any broken screens or anything that keeps your devices from working .

Great Service: Very Fast and Reliable. Came from another shop and didn’t know what one of my phone had and for the second phone was trying to over charge me. Didn’t charge me for the tip he gave me on my first phone. First time here and for sure will be coming back if I need to.

I highly recommend!!! David is a really nice generous guy and cool to talk to, Did I fell to mention great customer service skills and you can tell he loves what he does. I went in to get a screen replacement not only was the price affordable it didn’t take him long to replace my screen. Upon arriving back to pick up my phone David pointed out that I also needed a new battery because my New screen didn’t want to close properly wich was the reason why I was getting it replaced right along it being cracked. David then went and grabbed a new battery to show me the difference, offered to sell me the battery for $45 on top of the $90 I was charged for my screen. And also he waived my labor fee due to it being an additional job other than what I came for. Once again I highly recommend you all to check out D&D!!!

Brought my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G in just to have the charge port ribbon replaced. Next thing I hear it these loud cracking sounds and yelled at the owner WHAT ARE YOU DOING? STOP. He busted the loud speaker the motherboard and circuit board Then he tells me it's the Only way the part's would come out? Then refuses to replace my phone. He replaced a couple parts he broke but not the motherboard and says I gave you free parts? And gives me my now totally broken phone back. At least it would wireless charge before going there. DON'T GO HERE unless you want to waste time going to court. That phone cost me over $1,500.00

I recently went to D and D Wireless in Lancaster near the Boulevard and had them checked my side button issue that came from a botched repair from iPhone repair Lancaster/Mobilelink Communications (see picture below), and he discovered that they used the wrong kind of adhesive for cell phone repairs and some of the glue seeped down to the circuit connectors where side button is as you can see in the picture below. David from D and D Wireless corrected the errors made by iPhone repair Lancaster/Mobilelink Communications by cleaning the connectors and he also replaced the back cover which was damaged due to the wrong adhesive used all for free because he wanted to earn my business, and I am a now a very happy new customer.I will never return to iPhone repair Lancaster/Mobilelink Communications they are crooks, and I will be recommending my co-workers, friends, and family to D and D Wireless for their cell phone repair needs.David is very courteous and professional, and he is willing to help you to the best of his ability. He is truly the best cell phone repair tech in town, and I will always go to him for my cell phone needs. I will be taking my son’s iPhone next week to repair a speaker issue! ?
