This store is a disaster!! There isn't one shelf in the place that is anywhere close to organized! I couldn't even shop because Im not interested in digging through piles of stuff. Shelves are broken and it looks like a bomb went off in this place!!! This is poor management!! I get that people are lazy and dont put stuff back that shop here but this isnt just that! This is lazy ,unqualified management.
I looked at the salaries for their General Managers Salary and its less than 45k a year so anyone qualified wouldn't apply. I have NEVER seen a store like this!!! Never!!!
Zoom in on the Aisles that dont look bad and see how bad it is!!! I only took pictures of less than 1/3 rd of their store; the rest is the same or worse.
The manager today was just standing at the end of checkout watching the cashier- do something lady!

Shelves look like they are going out of business in the personal hygiene aisle. If I were a thief, it'd be easy to walk right out of the store unnoticed due to staff being either overwhelmed or not present on the floor to attend to shopper's needs. I am going to go online and submit an application to be hired right here by my house. I'd be a great addition to the dollar tree team. I'm not complaining. Just pointing out the things that I noticed as a shopper.

Poor,poor,poor!!!!!! What's happening at the Dollar tree in East Lancaster? It looks like a earthquake, and a hurricane hit the inside of that store. Managers on intercom yelling at customers, employees eating lunch at the registers while checking out customers. This is the California East Lancaster across from the fully stocked 99 cent store. I was working in Walmart during a earthquake and stuff was broken everywhere. Hey corporate, this store looks just like your employees are the tornadoes in this earthquake mess. I bet the stealing you blind too. The riff raff that comes in that store associates with the cashiers. Very sad. Customer complaint number is 877-530-8733.

I have NEVER seen a store like this!!! Never!!! Zoom in on the Aisles that dont look bad and see how bad it is!!! I only took pictures of less than 1/3 rd of their store; the rest is the same or worse. The manager was just standing staring at what the cashier was doing and not doing anything at all today.

Got to this dollar tree at 6:45pm to buy some batteries to realize they were closing their doors on my face and would not let me in even though they are supposed to close 7pm today Sunday...
