East Side Car Wash & Quick Lube is a one-stop shop for comprehensive car restoration and conditioning services in Lancaster. The experienced and friendly staff focus on exceeding customer satisfaction, transforming grime-covered, dust-showered vehicles into glossy, sparkling rides. They offer excellent hand wash services, and customers are generally satisfied with the quality of their work. However, the lube services have received mixed reviews. While some customers appreciate the 24-hour guarantee and the attention to detail, such as cleaning the inside windows, others have experienced less than stellar service. One customer complained about the lack of greeting and personalized attention, as well as the high cost of the oil change. The staff was also perceived as being too busy to accommodate additional services, like changing the filters. Despite the mixed reviews on the lube services, the car wash services are consistently praised for their professionalism, reasonable prices, and expedient service. Customers are encouraged to communicate their specific needs to the staff, who are generally quick to address any issues or concerns.
