This Extra Space Storage at this location is the best. It's in a good location, cleaned, and well kept. The office manager, Tanisha is super friendly & professional. She cares and understands her customers. She's always good about getting back to me whenever I called and they are out of the office.

Dude, Tanisha was theeee best help! I lost my keys and the lock was a pain in the butt to get out and she worked on that sucker for a couple hours to get it open. She was doing THE MOST! seriously the most helpful person at any place of business I've ever encountered.

We had the pleasure of meeting Tanisha at Extra Space Storage yesterday as we were looking to rent a storage space. She was by far one of the best customer service experiences we have had. We did not have much time but she made sure to do everything possible to help us in renting a space. We feel so comfortable and safe knowing our belongings will be secured and protected. Tanisha deserves extra recognition for her friendliness, knowledge and professionalism. Thank you for your help!!!!!!!

I really like how the process to obtain a storage unit was simplified by being able to complete everything online. I also received a pleasant follow up call from customer service rep to confirm my order and provide additional information. Everyone that worked on my contract was super friendly and helpful.

Great friendly service was great to help me with my sister understanding her special needs with no issue great clean unit 5 x 10 great deal and promotions available. Call Tanisha at extra space storage directly only ask for Tanisha. She’s the only one I would recommend at this point.!!

Tanisha was a great help in my search for my storage needs. She was very attentive to my needs and was very knowledgeable of the all the options available. She was even gracious enough to take time to show me the facilities and the size of different units as I decide on my storage needs. Tanisha even went above and beyond to help align my account in their system so I could use the app on my phone. I’m so thankful she was here to help me through all my endeavors and appreciate how accommodating she was during my visit. Extra Space Storage for the win !!

The manager Tanisha is absolutely amazing!! She is so helpful, considerate, and very kind!! I remember when I first got my storage unit, I was taking stuff out of my car to put in my new storage, my money orders for my rent blew out of my front seat, She literally called me and told me that she found them blowing in the wind Saved them… called me and let me know that she was holding them for me there at the office! I Was crying so hard, thanking her and telling her how much I appreciate her ! I’ll never forget how honest and kind and thoughtful that was! She’s an ANGEL on Earth!! Thank you so much Tanisha for being so honest, kind, Considerate, thoughtful and showing so much love to your customers! Never change! May God keep and bless you!
