This package did not deliver on time. I called in multiple times to pick up the package the next day. When I got to the fedex ship store, they said the package was out for another delivery attempt. I have the package now but the perishable items were not as good as it was seafood and I selected the next day delivery.

The FedEx driver never rang the doorbell.This package was delivered to the wrong address. FedEx used t9 be a good delivery service.

I live in a gated community and provided the gate code for the delivery driver. They did not even attempt to put in the gate code or search for my name on the call box, my delivery has now been delayed three different times because they have been “unable to deliver”. This always happens to me with Fedex, and at this point it’s annoying.

For over a week FedEx said they tried to deliver my new phone that I had to sign for. Come to find out, they only tried to deliver it ONCE. They lied! They're not reliable, they're not on time, and you'll get a different story from every employee you talk to.
