Their service has greatly improved the over the last year. They now deliver early and call me to let me know that the driver is on his way on the day of delivery. It used to take weeks and trying to get a heads up the day of delivery was just ignored, and complaints would fall on deaf ears. All that has been resolved over the last year. They have now literally become my best service provider. Others don't even come close.

Always show up when scheduled. Drivers are courteous and professional. If you shop the company specials on pricing, you can get a great deal. Had some issues several years ago, but they are operating as a quality company.

They send too much spam and anything important ends up in junk mail. If you don't use enough gas, they charge a $250 fee for that... Corrupt and dishonest.

They freaken take for ever to deliver… and they have the worst customer service when they arrive.
This place needs to step it up with there delivery timings so awful rude ass people but they are really quick at charging your pockets🤦🏻♀️

Serious criticism. If someone sends you $700 for any service. Please update them that their money was received and about the delivery of said service or product to include estimated delivery date and a day before update and updates on changes. Felt like waiting for the tooth fairy, just had a paper on gate saying someone was in my back yard pretty much. They sent me a call about payment after I paid and asked for my debit card. You understand how that's stressful for you to do that right? Almost paid twice, the phone service should know I paid so I don't bother technicians with questions like that. Should show delivery is paid status on the website but it doesn't.

I wouldn't give them one star they have worst system to do business they charge your credit card first before they can give you a date for someone to come out and fill your tank then when they give you a date they give you a two to three week waiting period I was told that if I wanted someone to come out within 1-2 business days that I had to pay an additional 100 which I did the next day I received a voicemail saying that I forget can't come out because they only service my area on Thursday's and if I wanted to get a refund to call back I called back spoke with Caroline a manager she was no help to me when i called in back on Dec 7 my tank was at 20% what is the point to ask a customer what the left gave of the tank is if your not a priority I have no gas I had to leave my home to go stay in a hotel until the 21st of December that they have an estimated time to come out and give me gas after they already charged me $770 for gas I'm out of pocket with my dogs and kids in a hotel and all Caroline could tell me is if I wanted to be priority that they needed to run a credit check and everyone they see my rank at 30% they will automatically charge me and send someone they don't ask your going to be home or not the same way they have a job we all have a job and don't sit at home the worse customer service I had to report them to the Breyer business bureau and consumer affairs and looking for another company so they can come pick ok their tank this is ridiculous I waited all day today 12/18/2023 I was promised that my gas was going to be delivered today no one showed up I called at 12:27 spoke with Melissa she told me my gas would be delivered by 5 pm at 4:30pm I called and spoke with Michelle and she told me that she would have the supervisor call me back to find out why no one showed up I called back 5 pm the office was closed no one ever called me back and now I still have no gas I missed a day of work I don't know when anyone is coming up I will be posting a write up from my job bcus I'm missing days of work waiting for gas stillFerrellgas had the nerve to finally show up today and give me gas but the worse isn't over when I called in I request to be charged for a full tank of gas I told them my tank was at 20 percent back on 12/7 they came today 12/19 they only filled my tank to 70% telling me that they went based on when I called it in they are ripping people off they want customers to put a credit card on file so they can monitor your gas and automatically charge you when your tank reaches 30% how do you quote someone a price for a full tank of gas and p my give them 70% I have already made arrangements to have this tank removedIn 30 days by another company I rather pay someone else my money I will never er give them my money again they make promises and they do is lie

Propane is expansive, and I try to conserve as much as possible. Because of this, I got a bill from them for $250 because I didn't use enough to require 2 or more deliveries in a years time. So by trying to conserve and save money, I got screwed and have to either use more gas or pay anyway. After reading other reviews, I feel more agitated. They told me that it was in my contract that they required a minimum usage. I said that I never got a contract. These people are liars. Stay away.

Ferrell has always been fair with me. My tank cannot be accessed without me being home, but Ferrell accommodates, if possible, delivery and time.

If anyone writes a good review, they are probably lying or family. I have had to use and order propane for the rental house I live in, in Leona Valley. I have lived here for about 5 years. The standard delivery time period is supposed to be about 7 days MAX, however 2 times I was in dyer need of propane and on the verge of running out and it was snowing in my area, seems when they got you by the "you know whats" they make sure they treat you worse and put you last on the list. I pleaded with them to please get me propane this week when the truck passes my house, of course they made me wait 14 days and the cust service girls have no sympathy and don't care.
