Visiting family in the area and this is the only beauty supply that was open. I was able to find everything that I needed at a decent price. However, the customer service was terrible. They have signs stating that they will assist you when you get off the phone , however, the two associates there had an inappropriate conversation out loud and watching videos on their phone while people were waiting to be checked out. While she was checking me out, she continued to talk to her coworker. The only time she spoke to me was to ask me if I wanted a receipt.

Always had what I needed sales staff used to be very helpful and professional. 2023 now! The stars are now 2. There's nothing to it. Very plain inside and no longer inviting. It's drab inside, I used to come here all the time but not anymore. No longer have what I need or want.

Some of these woman are just rude as hell DONT SHOP here save your money for another place trust me you will be very disappointed waste of money and time. Los Angeles way better prices.

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I tried to EXCHANGE something I bought 2 days from the day of purchase. I had original receipt and the product was unopen. The receipt says “EXCHANGES ONLY within 7 days of purchase. All claims must be made with original receipt and product should be in the same condition as given. FINAL SALE/NO EXCHANGES NOR REFUND on any hair, hair pieces, wigs, hair color, jewelry, styling products, styling tools, accessories, brushes, contact lenses, cosmetics, etc”. The worker was going to exchange my product, but she wanted to call the owner to make sure she could, understandable. The owner advised her NOT to because the “seal might be broken” on the product. I asked to POLITELY speak with the owner myself because my product was UNOPEN WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT like it’s stated on the bottom of the receipt. I also informed her that the product never came with a seal and she can check the similar products on the floor to make sure of it. The owner told me there was nothing she could do. I simply asked why and read her the policy on the bottom of the receipt. She said “ I only do exchanges on braiding hair”. I said “well now your contradicting your policy because it says no exchanges/refunds on ANY HAIR”. I told her she picks and chooses what she wants to refund/exchange and as a business owner you need to honor your policies. I will NOT be returning to this store.??

Do not shop here. I went in and asked for a temporary hair dye and was sold a weird hardening wax and they refuse any returns or exchanges. Even tho it was sealed, not opened, still in original packaging with receipt, Great customer service…. Not.Response; you may have me confused with one of the many other unsatisfied customers, I’m not blonde, didn’t come in with a friend, and I never said I was going to a concert. I did go in and ask for a cellophane actually and was not given that. But appreciate you granting the return which was previously denied.

Wouldn’t recommend this place. Employees are not knowledgeable on the products. If they sell you the wrong item, when you specifically asked for something else, they will not do any refunds or exchanges. Even if the item is not opened at all and you still have the receipt. Terrible service.

WARNING COMING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. This establishment and its management is an absolute scam. I was told by the employee to apply a product that required developer (hi color L’Oréal) by itself and of course it ended with me getting chemical burns to my scalp. That is why I made it very clear to the girl that sold it to me, I made sure to inform her that I was clueless regarding hair dye and needed help with my purchase. She told me all I needed to do was apply the product alone. I made it clear that I didn’t want to end up coming back for other products & she said no that’s all you need. When I called, she refused to acknowledge where she went wrong & didn’t try to help me at all. I Went to urgent care & of course my scalp was chemical burned. I have been calling since Thursday, Supervisor Rosie refuses to call me back. I have spoke with several managers that keep telling me there’s nothing they can do and only Rosie can. I spent about $50 for chemical burns at this location and they’re all owned by the same person and nobody can help me. I’m absolutely mortified that this business functions this way even with camera footage that proves that the employee steered me the wrong direction. I have called well over 30-50 times to all locations and Rosie still does not call me. This is a disgusting way for business to be conducted and unsafe for consumers. They hire people that don’t know what they’re selling & then treat you badly.Rosie I hope you see this, you are disgusting & lack a moral compass.Received a call today (2/7/23) to come get my refund. Thanks to the power of Social media, I’m assuming she saw my review. I would’ve loved to tell Rosie about how she is—to her face but I couldn’t make it so I sent my husband. Rosie proceeded to make it worse by lying to his face. She claimed that SHE WASNT AWARE that she was supposed to call me AT ALL. Even with me speaking with 3 of her store managers, and three different employees that all took my number and relayed to her. Sonia, the lancaster manager was the only one that tried to help the situation & was nice, and respectful. Rosie didn’t hesitate when she threw her own team under the bus. She denied offering me 10% off, which is what she would tell her staff to tell me as a quick fix. She simply acted as if she was clueless, and blamed her staff for failure to inform her. Disgusting behavior seeing how Sonia actually tried to help. I highly advise people not to shop here. Just glad I FINALLY got my money back it’s only right. Sonia should have her position, customers would be much happier to spend here.

Don't ever going to this place the workers are horrible. I came in the store ready to spend money. Asked to see one more product and the associate told me I could no longer look at hair it's after 630pm it was 632pm. WoW!!!! She said if you want to buy you're wig up front you can but you can no longer see anymore wigs. I know you want to go home, but be more consider it if you're customer. I was in the store 50 minutes before closing. The first associate I worked with was pleasant, but I told her to help another customer while I look at the wigs. I was ready to spend money, but never mind. If I could give zero stars I would.

Seems like the reviews are true regardless of who you are, the older woman gave me attitude because I asked for help. It makes customers feel uncomfortable and unwanted. I do not recommend this store at all. Buy it elsewhere or on Amazon. I'm never shopping here again because this is the third time I had the same experience with same individual. I tried looking past it thinking maybe she's having a bad day but she's not. It's honestly heartbreaking since this is a small business but with terrible customer service.
