Most Goodwills deserve only 3 stars but this one was a step up. There was a decent selection of interesting items, and I was actually excited to find three I wanted to purchase. Their VHS selection is small and they wanted $3.99 each but I thought Predator was worth that cost. We had fun shopping here, which is saying A LOT for Goodwill. We came here as a last resort when all the other thrift stores were closed (while the sun was still up).

Cashiers are forced to beg for donations at the register. Hey "GOOD" Will, what % of the monitery and item donation sales actually go towards your "mission," and how much line your pockets?

I’m not sure what the policy is for helping with drop off of donations. On Saturday 2/3/24; there were 2 guys at the donation door. We had quite of bit of things we were donating. I was with my handicap elderly sister, my teenage daughter and myself. One of the guys just disappeared and the other wasn’t that helpful. We didn’t know what to or where things are to go. The one guy was mumbling something in a quiet voice. Seems a little bother by me asking questions. My sister pull up backwards to the ramp and he quickly said you can’t park there, mind you she elderly and handicap. I mentioned we had some heavy things and all he said was place them in that bin. Very disappointed in the lack of help we received, poor customer service and lack of communication. I had to make two trips and the second time I came the guy quickly left and had a young lady assist us. She was a little better but just pointed where things should go. Very disappointed!!!!

Honestly, the best service than any goodwill in the antelope valley is this one on 20th st west and Ave J.I went to the one on the East side and their service was horrible. Do they think they’re running a shop in Beverly Hills? There’s no reason to treat your patrons like they’re a disease.I will only be going to this goodwill from now on. The staff is lovely and helpful. And they have better selection too.

They will only take a single bag of donations, don't bother. Take your donations to the Salvation Army, they will take any and all donations and will even help unload. Seriously, what's wrong with Good Will...shameless.

Trash place. Everything is dirty. They don't take returns. Long lines with barely any cashiers.

My experiences have shown me that it's better to go to Walmart. This store always and consistently over prices everything.

Whoever is working their donation center right now is extremely rude. Went to drop off a bag. Set it inside close to her so she didn't have to go far to grab it and she made a rude remark about how it's supposed to go in the apparel bin. Atleast I didn't leave my stuff outside like the guy after me and most people do. Geez. ?
