Alyssa and Brianna were excellent tonight when I came into shop. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Fair pricing and clean store. Lots of great items!

Noticed manager was very aggressive with employees and customers in the store. Yelled at employees in front of us, and threw clothes on the floor for employees to pick up. Was extremely hostile when helping us out and made us feel very unwelcome. Her name was Alyssa, the lady with glasses.

Dishonest!
Manager promised that we could return anything we got within 90 when we enquired into using the changing room. When we came back two days later she said we could only exchange and that they never do returns, showing us some fine print on the receipt.

A very typical, boring, gray Goodwill here, with the usual inflated prices on stuff nobody wants. I found a cute, old whiskey bottle (didn't buy), and a few books (did buy). When I was ready to pay, there wasn't anyone manning the cash counter, so I placed my books on the counter and waited. A cashier came over and rung up an employee for her drink, and then rung me up. That's not the order it should have been in but that tells you something about their level of customer service.

They might have good quality clothes but everytime i come my nose felling itchy always have to clean my hands after coming there also a rude fat women I think I prefer going to Marshall's or to maxx

My husband and I shop here regularly. The staff is always pleasant and kind. I really appreciate Daniel's personality, remembering the customers by name shows a personal interest, and he makes sure he acknowledges all, Great Customer Service.
