They discriminate their energies and vibes off They aren’t friendly. I will never go back there. I just got off work and was on that side of town, which is why I went there. Normally, I go to a nail shop in Palmdale, which I recommend. Happy Nails needs to work on their customer service and attitude They had me sitting for a long time, to the point where my water got cold. There were five employees working there and another lady walking around. Plus they over charged

I am not used to writing many reviews especially bad reviews but this experience I had was so bad that I have to write this. I had my manicure done with Tom and turned out to be extremely bad. He completely ignored my request and not sure if he did not understand. He kept on saying seemed like rude words in his language and handles so roughly and all the steps he did was completely uncomfortable, did not wash my nails or even put lotion on in the end. Not only did I not like how it turned out, I completedly hated it and want o get it removed ASAP. He charges me $65 and I did not tip him and he was mumbling in his language seemed very dissatisfied that I did not tip him. I wil go to another nail salon tomorrow and will have it all rremived. He did my nails one time before and it did not turn out good. I walked in today and when he walked up to do my nails, I should have said no.. I learnt my lesson big time.. no more TOM..I may not even go back to the same salon..

Went with my 2 daughters 9 and 12 for Easter. Let my 12yo get acrylic for the first time. Asked the tech 3x to make them shorter. She was annoyed each time. Still too long and she used so much powder. Her nails are fat. The 9yo nails were not painted to the cuticle, they look like they have already started to grow out and it’s been 12 hours. My 9 yo is chubby, they made a comment in their language and said Honey Boo Boo. I know they were referring to my little girl. I didn’t pop off because I didn’t want to embarrass my daughter and couldn’t truly know what was said. Service was not great especially after paying $350 for the 3 of us. Would not go back.

I am from San Diego and I was just so happy to be in the area getting my nails done and in a hurry to leave town I paid $50 for short nails. I barely got them done Wednesday. That’s been at least five days now the lady when she does the acrylic she does it so thin and I knew that it would not last long. They thin down the acrylic just to make sure you come back in a couple of days. It’s a waste of money. How can I pay $50 and only have the nails for five days. Not to mention the glue that she uses kept making my nails pop Off I think that she had a good energy to her, but I really don’t think it’s worth going back and if I can save somebody some trouble and money I Will because normally I don’t need reviews, but I am upset of the fact that I just paid $50.05 days ago and my nails did not last. I told her not to file my nails down the acrylic that she put on. There was very thick and then she filed it down. The reason why they file it down, not to be smooth, but so that you can come back in about a week for I feel when they do your acrylic thick. Make sure you demand they do not follow it down because these Asians think that they’re smart they think that Americans just got money to throw away. I don’t appreciate this below is my nails now. Not to mention, I spent over $100 at her shop and this is the way this happens

There are only maybe 3 people that work there that are actually friendly. I usually go to Mary whom is the sweetest but since she was busy a girl named Vicky did my nails. Not only was Vicky very rough, but she seemed rude and when I asked her to do my nails very short which I told her from the beginning she kept sighing and huffing as if asking for my nails short was asking too much. She had her AirPods in so she didn’t engage and was talking to someone on them pretty much the whole time and when she would ask me a question I didn’t know she was talking to me since she was talking to someone the on the other line the whole time she was doing my nails so I couldn’t tell. I get my nails very basic. Short and one color. Nothing fancy, but it seemed like she just either didn’t want to do them or didn’t want to be there. Either way my experience that day was NOT pleasant and she tried to charge me $10 extra for literally 10 seconds of cuticle cleaning. She didn’t even put my hands in water for it to soften. She just started pulling away at my skin so I told her I was not paying $10 for that which took her 10 seconds and so she said she would do it free for me after of course I said something. After she was done painting my nails she didn’t offer any cuticle oil or anything and just said ok done. And so I had to ask for cuticle oil in which I never usually have to with the other nail techs. I tipped her $10 even tho she honestly didn’t deserve anything for the service that she gave. I don’t expect her to kiss my ass but at least acknowledge me as a customer and a person to say the least. I DO NOT recommend Vicky at all whatsoever to anyone unless you want a half ass job done. She is terrible. Hopefully no one else has the same experience that I did with her. 😡😡😡

Gel manicure was not worth $40 AT ALL, she seemed like she was in a rush, gel peeled of next day. I paid cash so they didn't give me a receipt.

3 stars cause the place was clean and friendly but not even 24hrs and my gel polish on my toes is already coming off, my boyfriend who also got a basic pedicure has scratches on his feet from what they use to remove dead skin. I will not be returning to this establishment

Im so pleased with my experience here. Mary did such an amazing job with my nails, the shape, the length,the design.. everything. She also waxed my eyebrows and they look great. Everyone was very polite and professional. Such a great environment and I can't wait to come back.
