I went with my mom to her appointment a few weeks ago and we met the most kind front desk agent named Rayon. He made us feel like we were talking to a friend. Very professional, very outgoing, very kind. My mom is elderly and hard of hearing and he was very accommodating and understanding without treating her differently because of her disability. While we waited to be seen, we exchanged small stories about our lives and had a few laughs together. Overall 5/5 experience. Accurate taxes, cool people, will be coming back.
