Dishonest sales tactics. The manager lied repeatedly. I lease cars all the time, this is the first time I've been to a scummy dealership and I was shocked by how much they inflated costs in hidden ways such as the "money factor" to raise the monthly payment on a lease. I would stay away from this place.
