“Manager is very kind and informative! The Staff is awesome... they all go above and beyond what is asked! During the fires they tried to keep us informed and managed to get us up as quickly as they could! Most people do not understand what all is involved in keeping things up running during a outage or fire! People need to learn to be patient! This team works very hard and is very under appreciated! The manger Lisa is such a good person! Customers give her a break! She is one of the hardest people I know! She works all hours of the day to keep the internet going!”
