I don’t typically leave reviews, but felt strongly about this so that others know. First, just as some of the other reviews stated, after pulling up I did wait in my car for a little bit before an employee came to see what I needed. Not that big of a deal, but it was strange to not be acknowledged as a customer for longer than I thought proper. To their credit, the employees were nice and respectful once they began talking to you, but it took some time to get noticed.
I came to get an oil change, only because they have a large and prominent sign out front that says oil changes for $29.95 and I thought that this was a great deal. After the employee finally came to see what I wanted, he then told me that an oil change was $125, or if I wanted to do a blended synthetic oil it would be $105, but for convention it was around $80. I asked about the sign out front and he said that was only for “older cars.” I decided to go elsewhere.
I’m not mad or anything, but it does seem disingenuous and a bit deceptive to have a huge sign out front advertising oils changes for $29.95, when what you are actually charging is more than double, and close to four times what you’re advertising.

They should have a sign in the front that says you will be ignored for quite some time. I had to go to a different location where they actually acknowledged me when I pulled up.

I'm here now pulled up a few minutes before another vehicle was told they closed @5pm sat and watched 2 vehicles pull in after me and get service just thought the owner might want to know their employees are costing the company business they are racist and gender bias

Oil change as expected nothing out of the ordinary in and out customer service, was good! Went to this place today 3-7-24 Lol”!Wanted to charge me $119 and change, I usually pay about 80 bucks I've been bringing two cars for the same service for years but they insisted that I pay 98 dollars according to their records but according to my records I left along with my business went not far paid 80 bucks and ten minutes I was gone, so today they lost my business and a couple of my friends business for years to come and I took one car there the least 3times a year the other twice but I've found a new home now for good, I'm changing 3stars to 1

Wife drove in for an oil change car running fine. Come out and every time she goes to stop the car shuts off. I took it to my friends who is a mechanic. We open the hood and the first thing he notices is the number 2 spark plug on the drivers side is loose (literally vibrating up and down). He tightens it and we start it up. He checks the other side and notices the third spark plug is loose as well. Tightens it up and walla, problem solved. Not saying they sabotaged the vehicle because my wife was driving it but sure seemed strange. Never in all my years of changing plugs or getting them changed have I experienced a plug (Let alone two) backing themselves off like that. Needless to say I wont be returning here nor do I recommend this place.

Long-time customer expectations are very high, so he/ she prefers to continue doing business with neighbors' business first. I would advise follow up upon completion of the service, make sure millese tag are up properly and dashboard reset correctly, if adjusted showing oil levels 100% and lastly walk through the cat make sure nothing left behind, just a piece of customer care, job done right ✅️

I showed with my own oil and filter it seems to be leaking and it never was at first im Customer i don't need to be returning my truck on a oil change
