Service was quick, they checked my air filters for the engine and cabin and topped off my fluids. Jesse was very friendly and honored my coupons as well. Dealerships take too long and charge too much for a simple oil change, glad I can count on Jiffy Lube.

I loved the quick oil change. The guys were courteous and I got a free car wash. They even gave me a senior discount. The only thing wrong was the plug was loose and I had to bring my car back. Thank you Abel and Angel.
This is an update!!!Great service! I was in and out in 30 minutes. Courteous service. Nice guys Dom and the older gentleman. Under new management!

Workers cut every corner they possibly can when working on your car, they do not honor coupons, and this place is more expensive than the DEALERSHIP + lackluster customer service. I would caution against going to this place.

They took care of my car ? I am happy with the attention to detail they gave.They where friendly, knowledgeable and quick I had an oil change in other places take more then an hour they did it in less than a hour.

I highly suggest no one do business here. I went in for a simple oil change but what I got was a botched oil change which left me with engine damage. Upon reaching out to Corporate I have not received a call back from anyone regarding the issue. I spoke with the Manager (David) whom not only was rude, but not helpful said he would return our call later that day. It has been 2 weeks and several calls later and no return call. I understand as the Manager he is not the one who incorrectly did the oil change but it is his job to correct the situation.Service: Oil change

I came to this jiffy lube on Monday following Labor Day weekend. A young man came out and greeted me at my car. Through telling him what I needed. He offered to give me a deal if I paid cash ( full disclosure I love a deal and am guilty of being too trusting). While waiting, i went to the gas station right next door to use the atm. When I came back, he said they were done when i checked my fluids he said that they ran out of the coolant my truck takes so he added water. I paid him for the work he had done and then drove to auto zone bought coolant and went hime. The next thing I know, the next time I drove my truck about 8 miles into driving, my power steering started to go out, accompanied by a loud screeching when driving. When I pulled over and popped the hood, my fluids exploded. To give context, my truck has 30k miles on it and has been serviced at Jiffy Lube on 10th and rancho for years now religiously. I can't behin to explain how disappointed I am. I am currently at yhe other jiffy lube getting my fluids and engine cleaned, but as far as that location, I will never go there again, let alone let anyone I Care about deal with them.
