I have been coming here for 16 years and Juan is the best hair stylist I have ever been to. He gets it right every time. I leave with my hair looking beautiful. He is a great colorist. Everyone here is very nice and friendly.

I always love coming here! I’ve been going to this salon since 2015 for their haircuts and started asking for hair color in 2018. The people there are always very kind, considerate, and committed to have your hair looking healthy and beautiful! I can always trust them with my hair whether I want my hair to be colorful or if I just want my hair to have lots of layers! I 10000% recommend this salon!!!!

I just want to give a big shout out to Juan Carlos at Jon Dav salon. My daughter was preparing for the most important day in a girls life, her wedding day and she was so excited about the whole process, getting her hair and makeup done! She made an appt at a local franchise salon and when she left, she was highly disappointed! Her eyelashes were crooked and coming unglued, her hair wasn't just the way she wanted it. She called a friend at Jon Dav's to ask if she could please, at least, fix her eyelashes! She went in an a guy named Juan Carlo, upon observing my daughters distress at her makeup and hair, he dropped everything he was doing, came over to my daughter and told her that she was not leaving his salon, on her special day, looking like that! He redid her hair, adjusted her makeup, and fixed her eyelashes!!!! And relieved all of her stress!! All in record time!!! She was only gone a 1/2 an hour!!!! She looked and felt beautiful when she came back!!! And he did this all at no charge!!!!!! This is what customer service is all about!!! This is what makes loyal customers! I will recommend Juan Carlos at Jon Dav's salon to anyone who wants to hear it!!! Thank you Juan Carlos for saving my daughters special day!!!

I was quoted by my hair stylist for $220 to trim and dye my hair prior to his service. But upon checking out the cashier’s charging me $395! And threatened to call the cops if I don’t pay the $395. I gave him $220 plus $30 tip in cash and walked away. I’m not falling for their Dueche bag maneuver! He called me names and told me to never come back and should leave Lancaster because it’s his town! I should have listened to all the bad reviews on this salon. Because they’re all true. Jon Dave salon are scammers!!!!

Juan Carlos and his team (David and Robert) are amazing. I have been going to them since 2013 and my hair is so healthy they really work their magic and their blowouts are the best in the AV. I tend to change my hair color seasonal and they still manage to keep my hair healthy by using the best products. They are definitely worth the price. I have tried other places out in the AV and definitely they don't compare.

So let me tell you, the owner John is very unprofessional. Being g*y and all makes him very sentimental and emotional that he DID NOT and cannot take remarks well. I came in to get my hair done right, while he was working on 5 girls at the same time. The day after I look at my hair (which I did not like, he wanted to style my hair the way he wanted) and there was PURPLE in my freaking hair! Omg I was so pissed I paid 250$!!! So I went back to him to fix it and he told me to get the F OUT!! Likeee whattt??? Do not go here it is a RIP OFF!!!! I could not give a no stars sooo I give you one. :)

The staff is super amazing and friendly. JP is amazing at what he does. My 3rd time going with him and he doesn't disappoint at all. He listens so well to what i'm looking for every single time and makes me feel gorgeous.

After trying to set up an apt with them for weeks and sending the requested pictures, I show up for my appointment only for Juan Carlos to tell me that he cannot work on my hair cause it’s damaged. It’s like going to the doctor cause youre sick but he cannot see you cause you’re sick. Who does that? Only someone that doesn’t care about customer service. Sooo unprofessional!!!
