There was an issue with the Kiosk machine, the woman who drew my blood, snatched my ID from my hands was very rude and unprofessional perhaps it’s because she works two jobs but the patients shouldn’t have to suffer. It may get crowded at HDMG, their customer service has always been exceptional to me.

The people there are really nice and take good care of you,
The technician that draw your blood are awesome, didn't feel a thing. There was a waiting line but it went very quick.

Website never shows appointments and never shows results. I'm changing , Quest was the best I've had in the last ten years.

Note that this location is not open. Despite this, LabCorp will still allow you book appointments for it and even check in! What a cluster. You have to go the office on 15th for appointments.

The regular receptionist is very nice and helpful. My daughter has regular blood draws every month and we have never had an issue in the past year. Took my daughter in this morning for a blood draw. The pleb working the counter was rude and had no customer service skills. All her responses were "I don't know with a dirty look on her face. She looked miserable. She would not attempt to provide any help. I hope the regular receptionist is back next month.

I have never had to pay an estimate for a blood draw. Avoid this place. It’s also an annoying office that the floor vibrates from the office below. Very noisy. Would be nice if they knew how to properly bill insurance!

I had to come get my blood drawn and I am so glad I came across this lab! Lori (hope I spelled that right) was SUPER helpful. I probably called her 3x to ask questions because I was rushing to do everything before they closed. I managed to do everything on the website, such as picking the test I wanted, paying for it and showing up with my photo ID. It was so easy and I did everything within 30 minutes. Lori made me feel comfortable since I hate getting my blood drawn or just shots in general. I’m happy with my visit and I recommend coming here for your lab needs. There are so many tests that can be done that I didn’t even realize. FYI …I’m sure they accept insurances but I was a cash patient. You would def have to ask.

This lab visit today was smooth and easy. The place was so clean and the staff was so kind. Three months ago I was at the one on 15th they were very abrupt and the place was messy and didn't look clean.

Second time I’ve had blood drawn by the beautiful black girl that works there. She’s quick and professional. Place is clean and you sign in on a kiosk. Saves everyone time ?

I always go here for my newborns blood to be taken. Lori has helped me every time and has done great every single time. She’s very nice and friendly towards my baby and I.!! Definitely recommend!! :))

I highly recommend this place. Its fast and friendly. I had my appt. At 8 and Lori took me in early and I was able to make it to work on time. Thank you Lori.
