The lady behind d the counter is always great and accommodating on every level..however, I went in one time
To get my radiator fixed and her father was very rude..impatient and certainly not customer friendly. All the years I have been going..very disappointing. Never went back after this poor treatment.

Horrible Horrible customer service especially from the Manager She acts like it's an inconvenience to work on cars... Very rude and vocal about it. Wouldn't fix a window regulator on a Ford E350 van because it used to be an Ambulance and that the parts won't work....anybody that says this obviously shouldn't work on cars, so if I brought in an old Crown Victoria that used to be a Police car you telling me you wouldn't work on it? Would not recommend this place to touch anyone's vehicle.

LADIES DONT GO HERE
If you do not know a single thing about cars I would not go here. I took my car in and after many months of work on it, they gave it back; there was Styrofoam in my engine which could have got on fire. I do not know if it was there before or after I left it in their charge but you would think they would notice it after working on it for so long. In addition, they were supposed to fix a hub cap in my car and when I got my car back the wheel and tire had not been locked in or adjusted properly. Luckily I noticed before I had any accidents. As a younger woman, it is intimidating to walk into a mechanic shop, you really do not know much about anything related to cars. You're just praying that they wont scam you or up charge you, but you hope at least they know what they are doing. I had a good experienced mechanic car guy check out my car after I got it back from firestones; he pointed out that my stick shift car had only three gears in it (3rd, 4th, and 5th) and once again there was another thing they failed to notice or point out. You can't properly start off a stick shift 3rd gear, but they clearly did multiple times. As a young woman speaking, I am warning all the experienced girls and boys DONT GO HERE...at least not for anything majorly wrong with your car. Save your money and don't be foolish like me!

Called about an alignment and was told they have a special for $79.99. When I got there, since I installed new parts for the front steering, the special doesn't apply. It would cost me $99.99. The special seems to bring sales in for them to sell you new parts. Since I replaced the parts, they couldn't milk me for new parts. The female advisor went to get the mileage and made a comment about my steering wheel not being straight when the wheels were straight. I advised her that the only way to tell if the steering wheel is straight is to drive it down the road. You cannot tell if the steering wheel is off by just looking at tires that look straight. I just drove it 40 miles to get to this Firestone and told her the steering wheel is not off and she should test drive it. She didn't.After the alignment they tell me the rear camber is out of specs and there is no adjustment. For them to do it, it would cost over $700.00 to fix. I bought the adjustable camber arms for $160.00 and installed them myself in about 45 minutes.Now I have to complete the alignment for the rear, but I won't come back to this Firestone.Looking to go elsewhere, Palmdale and Santa Clarita Firestones offered me a lifetime alignment for $209.00 over the phone. This Firestone did not offer me this.Seems they just want to milk their customers for more money.

This place is legit. I go here for my oil change or when I need air in my tire. They also provide various services and I come here to get some additional services such a spark plugs, transmission fluid to mention a few. I highly recommend. Great prices as well.
