My boyfriend and I were looking for a grill. The customer service from the representatives there were great. I gotta say a shout out to Kim who helped us choose a grill. I even changed my mind and chose an Akorn grill. Kim was extremely patient with us, helped us in getting some other items. Kim did an outstanding job, extremely friendly, helpful and I would recommend her for anyone looking into getting a new grill. Enjoyed my time at Lowe’s. Sometimes I can despise this store but not today. Thanks Kim!!!!

Cinderblock and large format ceramic tile are low quality. :(.
And dont buy your material till your ready to do your ready to do the job. Because after 90 days,even if the product id defective, you're S.O.L.

Disappointed, thought I was getting these little cute succulents and cactus for 20% off the marked price as the sign taped to the table they are sitting on says. Sadly, the sign was referring to the pots under the table and I did not realize this until the discount did not apply at checkout. Now, granted the sign does say the pottery name but in my defense, it's not the highlighted word AND as I mentioned, the sign is taped to the table holding the plants.

Had scheduled 2 appointments one for flooring measurements and one for shutters was no showed on both of them. I tried calling customer service and they were no help. Needless to say you lost business and my money this was abig project too. Very disappointed with Lowes and who they use as contractors from the Lancaster store.

I get that the folks working there don’t want to be there but they don’t have to take that out on the customers lol. But management reeks so I guess the staff would too. Kinda pathetic.
