I'm gonna have to say this is the worst place I've ever walked into. I walked in and asked to get my gel polish removed first. He says we don't remove gel polish, until i offered to pay as expected. Then as I sit down, he sits me at a dirty station with nails and chipped polish everywhere as I'm sitting soaking in acetone. I thought I was losing it when I saw him pick up a used drill bit that had pink nail polish on it. I say sir would you mind cleaning that and I asked him if he could change the drill bit as it was clearly used. He grabs a yellow towel with finger nail chips on it and wipes it off. He then pushed my hand away and told me hes putting me out. So i said, Sir let me get this clear..i am asking for clean instruments and for that reason you are putting me out? He replied, yes get out. I told him ull be contacting department of health as people have been getting communicable diseases from stuff like this. 2 women came from the back who were obvious employees and just stared at me. I called dept of health. They refereed me to Environmental health dept. Good luck Magic Nails. I am respectful but wont tolerate this. As i looked around the shop..everything was dusty and or used. No blue bacteriostatic cleanser in site. Ive got time today. He shouldnt have touched me.

Did a mommy and daughter visit short notice and close to closing but the still took us no prob. My daughter pedi came out super cute and my mani did too. My daughter made two new friends with the owners two daughters. Prices are pretty reasonable and service was great.

If I could give zero stars I would. The lady sat and filed my dip nails for an hour to the point there was no dip powder left! Tried to pry my existing dip off with a scraper. Also took my daughter in for her first gel manicure and they fell off shortly after she got home. I tipped because I wanted to compensate for their time and then the lady chased me outside saying she charged me too little and demanded I pay more to cover tip! I will not be back!! What a waste of 160$ my dip usually lasts close to a month getting it done at other salons, I've had this one for 4 days.

I don’t recommend this nailsalon went to get a pedicure but the younger guy there did not even clean under my toe nails or got a massage on my calf’s to me that is the most important on a service & paid $45.00 may be affordable warning you could bring fungus home just saying ☹️☹️?Service: Pedicure

Really upset !!! Took my daughter to get her brows waxed and literally ripped her skin off too. Didn't realized it until we got home, we went back and they apologized but there was nothing they can do now. I'm a manager for a local business, I would've offered the money back, especially knowing I was at fault. But not everyone runs a business the same way. Highly disappointed. We will not be returning back.Service: Waxing
