Cleanliness : This store is THE CLEANEST Marshall's store I've been to. Everything was organized, well spaced out, you did not feel cluttered. They had huge selections and everything was well displayed. Staff : I spoke with 2 employees and both were so nice and helpful. The fitting room lady was so welcoming and helpful with a big smile. The cashier I was with was very helpful and sweet. Overall I recommend this Marshall's if your in the area. Will be coming here regularly :)

This was my first time in a Marshalls. My first thought was, oh this is basically a Ross, and that didn't really change except for how quickly the checkout line went.

I always purchase here! I got 3 clereance items and returned them. 2 of them due to being damaged. These were ripped clothes unfortunstelly. I did noy notice when I got them.I was told I could only get a store credit because of the condition. they were not able to put those items back for sale.So basically I was sold broken items and now they gave me a store credit.It is fine. I always buy at marshalls but I just want to say! Don't put broken items fore sale! There is a reason why you put them for clearce so you obviouslly wanted to sell them to me broken! And i paid with a credit card. You give them back on my credit card not on a gift card !!!! Treat people better.

Customer service is going down hill big time here. "Customer SERVICE" means absolutely nothing to some of their cashiers. Management really needs to step up and perform regular quality control checks on their staff. Leilani L. is EXTREMELY rude and condisending to customers. Bad attitude from the start, but became very condisending when asked for a price check on a piece of furniture that had no sales tag. I told her there was the same item with a 59.99$ price tag, but in a different color. Without a price check she just states, "its 99.99$. Is that what the other ones were?" I said no, they are 59.99$. With no explanation, she just dismisses the price difference and rudely asks, "Do you want it?" A bit more to the story, but I ended up not purchasing the piece of furniture SOLELY because of this associate's horrible attitude. This young lady lost revenue and reputation for this store. Management definitely needs to be more aware of how their customers are treated and initiate training for employees such as this lady.

I spent 100 dollars on a winter coatI asked cashier if I can keep tha hanger so I can take it n wont wrinkle by the time I went home ,rudely she said noIt was a cheap hanger , it wasn't even all tha , I asked if she can ask the manager, she didn't even said a word, not even thank me after I paid, does so sad how this young girls can b so rude this days....I visited Marshalls at least 7 times a month that's tha saddest part

I've never been to the Marshalls over in this area so I was excited to walk in it. It's a good size one too, lots of room and plenty of women's/juniors clothing that took up most of the store as well as a kids and men section too. There was rows and rows of shoes and this location actually has my size with more then three pairs of size 5 so that made me happy, though I didn't come across anything I liked today. The beauty section was a little small but they did have a good selection of skin, hair and body care. I walked around the whole store and ended up looking round to see if anything caught my eye and I did find a few sweaters I liked but ended up with a western fringe inspired one. The lady in the fitting room was super friendly and even greeted you as you walked up.. unlike walking into the store and you here crickets. Now onto the checkout line, they only had two cashiers and they were slower than slow. I was in line for a while before I got called to a number. I didn't bring my store credit card on me as I didn't know I was gonna end up here but on the app they provide you with the digital version. As I went to checkout I asked the cashier if she could pull up the screen for me so I can enter in my cc number. I got maybe to the 8th number when the screen said 'customer denied transaction' how is that possible when I was entering the cc number. She had me do it three more times and it kept telling me the same thing on repeat. She then asked to see my digital card as I thought she would put it in on her end and instead she does the same thing I just did on the keypad. She then was like idk what to tell you but it's not working and then proceeds to stand there and stare at me. Like ok you're not gonna ask if I have another form of payment.. smh! I ended up using my debt card which I didn't want to do as I was trying to get points for my purchase but it is what it is. When she rang me out and handed my receipt she didn't even say thank you let alone apologize for the inconvenience. Didn't even acknowledge me as a customer, instead she carried on her convo with another employee that was beside her. **Note: If you have the app with the digital form of payment it most likely won't work here and they won't try switching registers too see if theirs was a glitch or this store doesn't actually take it. Make sure you have the physical store cc if you want the points from your purchase as I'm sure that won't give you an issue.

Great selection of beauty products please use your eyes and check expiration dates on packages and that the packaging is factory sealed.Teen clothing section is lacking options but it’s also right before school starts.Store was over all clean and people working the floor were helpful and kind.
