I went in to look at their Christmas stuff and other things. Christmas items are on clearance - 70% off actually. I scoured through them and found an item that I liked but I didn't purchase. Even though it is on clearance, the price is still pricey for me compared to other options. The store was not busy. Shelves are organized and stocked. Floor is free of clutter.

I came here to try to find resin supplies. I wasn't sure where to look so after 2 trips around the store I tried to find an employee to ask. I spent 30 minutes trying to find help, circling the store multiple times and not one time was I able to find an employee other then the 2 cashiers who were busy ringing people out. I had a few other items that I ended up leaving there because I was so upset with the lack of customer service. The prices are very high, I came here only for convince but ended up ordering what I needed from Amazon while I was in the Micheals parking lot. Shame on you, your store should try harder, amazon has more supplies, cheaper prices, and believe it or not better customer service.

My daughter went to Michaels yesterday. Typically, when checking out, you're greeted with some sort of pleasantry "hi...did you find everything okay". No big deal if you're not. My daughter said hello to the sales associate. She received no response. Still really not a big deal - after all, we all have our good/bad days. Her purchases are rang up. The sales associate POINTED at the total, not saying a word. It's slightly becoming a big deal. My daughter pays with cash. Hands it to the sales associate who puts the change ON THE COUNTER instead of in my daughters out stretched hand. Now, it's a BIG DEAL. My daughter picks up her change and comments "really! Is this what Michaels is doing now"? The associate looks at her still not saying one single word. As my daughter turns to walk out of the store, she hears the same sales associate greet the next customer "hi, hope you found everything ok". My daughter stops and makes eye contact with the sales associate who just smirks.

My parents wanted custom picture frames for my moms large diamond art pictures. they needed three custom picture frames one was over $400. When my parents asked questions and needed help with finding the perfect frame the associate seemed put off. My parents felt very uncomfortable. For The amount of money my parents would have spent on these stupid custom frames you would think that the associate would've acted nicer more helpful. After finding out the type of treatment my parents received at Michael's I told them to try hobby lobby the next day they went to Hobby lobby not only was the associates extremely helpful the management stopped by a few times to ask if everything was going OK if they needed additional help . guess what, hobby lobby was cheaper than Michael's !!! my parents purchased more custom frames but spent the same amount. Lesson learned Michael. Don't judge a book by its cover my mother really into diamond art and she is making them for Christmas presents. all of them will have custom frames you just missed out.

Michael's is open for "Curbside Pick-up Only" Place order on-line before 3:00pm and you can pickup before (6pm Closing) ***Must wait for Email confirming your order is READY for Pick-up*** Call the Store when you arrive, pull up in front of the DOOR, get your ID ready, and POP your trunk & they will put your order in your trunk (for your safety & theirs!!)

Have to love it when an associate is supposed to be looking for an item in back for you and then does the dodge and weave. Not cool Michael. Not cool!! We stayed in same place looking as when we asked you. Then when we saw you helping someone across the store we came over to ask you if you were able to find more of the items we were after. Low and behold you literally walked through the entrance door to then go through the exit door to miss contact with us after making eye contact. Then you stood there talking to another associate at the cash register. Do we walked back around to catch you while you were talking to the associate and we had to ask you if you found more of the items. Your sheepish reply of "oh yeah I was looking for you, no we don't". Sure thanks sir. Hobby Lobby here we come.

The lady by the name of Ana has a great personality, and is very speedy she's so friendly and was very helpful! Especially when I needed help finding something she pointed me in the right direction! She was very friendly and eager to help which was great!! Only gave a 5 stars because of her!!

I recently had a picture framed here. I do not recommend using them for your framing needs. When I came to pick up, the finished framed picture, they had the picture off center and in the wrong frame. I asked to see the frame I had chosen and immediately they asked me to pick out another frame. I am sure the frame they used was not what I had chosen. They did reframe my picture, this time the picture seemed to be centered and in the correct, chosen frame, yet, the matting was not consistent. Outer mat was extremely wide and inner mats were wider on one side than the other. I realize I was asking for triple matting, and I believe this is not something they are used to doing. They were advertising a 60% off sale, so I was hoping to save a bit of money. Nope. I should have gone to a reputable framer. Since my whole experience had taken over 6 weeks, I settled on the second job, yet I will never use them again.

This review is for the framing shop at Michael's which is outstanding. I've had many pictures framed there and they always do a super job. One item I brought to them was especially difficult b/c it required the framer to sew pieces of it to the backboard on which it was laid out. They did an absolutely fantastic job. I've always had fast friendly and very competent service at the framer's shop. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Went to Michael's today in Lancaster California and was assisted by Juanita, she was incredible courteous polite and professional. Although the store was overrun with Christmas shoppers she took her time and paid close attention to my needs. Thank You Juanita
