We were customers of the Mojave branch that closed. The Lancaster branch is very friendly, helpful, and Professional beyond measure are the tellers. The bank is very impressive in customer service Lancaster is lucky to have a branch in their city

I love Mission Bank. The management and staff are all always very courteous, attentive. and friendly. I feel appreciated and enjoy myself every time I visit. Most importantly, as a primarily business bank, Mission Bank is focused on the efficiency and daily operations of its customers, is sensitive to a business' cash availability needs, and does not place unnecessary or excessive holds on checks. Common sense clearly is valued here. I highly recommend Mission Bank to any business owner, professional, or consumer who is tired of the cold, corporate, faceless, nameless, robots and algorithms that make decisions at other banks.

awful service, spoke to a supervisor and she was awful and rude. Very condescending. Had a serious attitude. She must be new as I had never seen her before. Her response was, Ive been here for 6 months with an attitude. Who ever hired Desiree, needs to be retrained on looking for people with proper mangers and customer experience skills or resend her back to training. She was also rude to the customer in front of me, we both agreed to write complaints. awful, don't hire people because you think there pretty, will now consider leaving after 12 years because of this horrendous experience.

Horrible experience with newer employee. Did not appreciate her condesending tone. Please send Desiree Quezada back to training. She needs to be retrained on how not to roll her eyes or give off such negative body language. Been coming hear for years as a business owner, dont appreciate the rudeness, attitude and snobby facial expressions.

I don't know how anyone manages their account online the system is a mess, and changes every hour, things that were pending clear then go pending again, balances changes hourly. Frustrating and bank reps are less than helpful! Manager is often rude.

If you are looking for a bank where you are in and out quickly with great customer service, then Mission Bank is the place for you. The friendly atmosphere along with the professional service makes this bank stand out from the rest. I have never entered a bank who welcome me by name from the friendly staff members. I always leave this establishment feeling good with a smile. I highly recommend this bank if you want excellent banking service in the Antelope Valley.

If you're looking for a community bank, this is the one. The staff are all super friendly and always happy to help. They may not have all the bells and whistles of a major bank but what they lack in features they make up for in customer care and overall experience.

Nicely decorated friendly atmosphere The tellers have great character and willing to assist you when needed. Their online, phone, and location banking services are very secure and professional. They even protected my account from becoming compromised twice. More banks should use this establishment as a role model to serve the public. Great job Mission Bank. My hat's off to you.
