“I broke my phone and they helped me fix it and I was in a panic! I appreciate them being very friendly and Jason a big help because I thought my phone was completely destroyed but he fixed it! Now 2 days later I’m calling because my 5g keeps going out and my volume button doesn’t work after they fixed it! I called the store number but it’s a man who doesn’t want to give me the direct store number so that I can call and let them know the issues im having since they were supposed to fix it and now my phone has been malfunctioning after I spent over $200 to get mine and my friend phone fixed.”
