Tech told me what was wrong with my MacAir and gave me two options for repair with new and refurbished parts. I decided to reinvest in newer hardware. I offered for them to repair and donate, use or resell (after erasing my info) as it was of no use to me. Issac called me back and said Next Gen was giving me credit for the laptop, without me asking!! Trust these guys!

You will absolutely be better off fixing your item here than replacing it! Just when you think no one can fix your Apple product, think again! Give the independent repair shops a chance and save time and money!

Man, I have nothing negative to say about the shop. They were super awesome, super professional. They help me out as much as they could with the situation that they dealt with all in all great service and the manager and staff are awesome. Highly recommended.

Terrible service, constantly always having to call about my case and they "promise" they will call you back and never do. I patiently waited 3 months for a case that I had, and not ONCE did they ever reach out to me. Not only are they lazy, but they consistently lie to you in your face either by phone or in person. Stay FAR far away from this place!

I needed my screen replaced on my Galaxy S20. I paid $160 and the technician at next-gen put a defected screen on my phone. The technician who finally fix my phone informed me that next-gen left screws and other inner workings out which caused my screen to go completely black. Terrible Terrible Terrible service. I would not recommend my worst enemy to this company. Pathetic

The employee Issac who helped me out was a chill guy dealed with my constant phone calls and show ups to the shop asking if it was finished or not very patient I apologize again my anxiety gets the best of me thanks for everything you really helped me alot.
