Kaitlyn did an EXCELLENT job with my bob! She made it look so cute and complimentary with my face shape! And she styled it so well! Super happy with the result. Kaitlyn was super communicative, she made me feel heard and she honored my requests!
The staff at the front desk did such a wonderful job pairing me with the perfect stylist! That’s where it all started - I believe the whole staff are the best in the AV!
I appreciate you all so much! I highly recommend getting your next, BEST hairstyle here!!!

Worst experience I’ve had in the AV with the staff here. One stylist, Kaitlin, flaked out the first appointment I had with her. Then she kept making rescheduling me so much harder than it needed to be. The manager didn’t seem to care when I went to them to rebook with a different stylist. Then the next stylist they put me with, Linda, gave me a hard time when I was running a little late to our appointment and kept canceling appointments when I got there. The staff here is flaky, not accommodating, and downright rude. Do Not Recommend.

Bad experience, I want it a just a trim my hair and color my roots, well I have to come back next day to fix the cut not a trim like I said ,to much money and not professional like I was told when I call to make appointment The date was 5/1/24.
Requested style: Trim and shape sides only,bad idea ,bad cut very short, not what I wanted.

I got my hair dyed and cut with Nora. She is the sweetest hair stylist I have ever met, she listened to my concerns about my hair and cut it exactly how I wanted it. I will definitely be back for touch ups and trims.

Bad experience , I call the receptionist and ask for some one with experience for color my roots and hair trim, I was told Maria D had 10 years there , well bad bad not a trim , I have never had a cut not a trim like I said so bad ,I have to call next day to fix the bad cut she did.

Booked a very last minute appt, then had to reschedule the time & Linda was super understanding and made it work for me. Once I made it in I was greeted warmly by both Linda and my stylist who is also named Linda!
Linda gave me a full and realistic consultation, she showed me different hair swatches and where my hair could be at. I showed her hair inspo pictures of what I wanted & she delivered! She took her time perfecting my haircut and making sure my thin hair looked full & voluminous! While I got my hair service done I realized they have an esthetician on site, I asked if they had a availability at the moment & lucky for me the esthetician had freed up just in time :). Fernanda, (the esthetician) was so kind and sweet, she made my skin look glowy and dewy and understood my concerns with my rosacea, she uses high quality products, she put me under the infrared light, massaged my neck and shoulders, I walked out feeling refreshed & relaxed. I will definitely be coming back to see both Linda & Fernanda! Thank you Panache!!

This is a must go to salon! Cyndi is amazing! She beautified my lifeless, dull gray/silver hair (see before & after photo). Check out this salon, you will forever accept the grace of aging. Thank you Cyndi, you are the BEST!!

Took my kids here today for cuts. Maria did my boys hair, she put my youngest at ease and made the process so much easier. The cuts look fantastic!!! It's been years since we have trusted people with our hair. Glad we finally found our spot here. Fantastic customer service, beautiful cuts and happy children.

I loved this place! Fernanda is excellent, she hydrated my face and since then my skin is super soft. They have an excellent team, my husband also went with me and he had a hair treatment. They treated us very well, we felt very pampered
