Stopped by for dinner take out. Food and portion size were average. Tried the new apple roll desert. Not impressed. Typical Panda Express.

My 10 year old autistic twin boys received a Certificate from school for free kids meal here.. They do not eat at many fast food locations because of their sensory issues and food allergies. I asked the server if one of my sons could try a piece of the teriyaki chicken and I was advised that they no longer can let you try the food because they do not have the items that they used to use to give you a piece and also because of COVID. Well times have changed and cold. It has decreased according to the news so I don't understand why they haven't gotten with The Times and change things. Or at least could have been more accommodative. It was not the staff's fault. They were very nice and polite. They were just following procedures. The reason for my scoring was because of that reason and that reason.

The server and cashier were very friendly. We chatted about the fact that I was from "out of town."Vegetarian options: I think there's only one tofu dish. Most of the entries have chicken shrimp or beef. The spring rolls are veggie and there are wonton with cream cheese inside. One can easily make a nice plate out of rice, chow mein noodle and mixed vegetables along with possibly one mixed vegetarian entree if it's available.Parking: Large parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Of course it's kid friendly. It's Chinese food!!! What more could you ask for. Plus free fortune cookies to crack open and discover your future. Both veggie and chicken egg rolls along with wonton stuffed with cream cheese.Wheelchair accessibility: I parked in one of several handicap spaces I'm not in a wheelchair but I could see where the access would be fairly easy.

The employee couldn't manage to do more than one thing at a time, had to repeat myself over and over, still got it wrong ?

Its only a 3 because I am into authentic Chinese food but of the Panda expresses it is one of the better ones I do know avoid the one over on J & 20th east in Lancaster they have a sanitary/cleaning problem ie... my food poison and they have a customer service problem so Thats why this one is better their ambiance is better & food is fresher

The service here is horriable. I went thru drive thru to buy a bowl chow mein and Beijing Beef. The girl who took my order was over the top rude. I made the order and she felt compelled to tell me the chow mein was called something else. Confused I have been here many y times never was told that chow mein wasn't called chow mein. SHE CORRECTED ME BY TELLING ME THIS IN DROVE THRU AND WENT ON TO BE SHORT AGRESSIVE AND NOT WELL SPOKEN. RUDE! AS I GOT TO THE WINDOW I TOLD HER THAT HER CS SKILLS WERE BAD. I explained that I was confused at order and felt that she did not make it easier by throwing off a name. Because it is not on a menu...literally! She was rude...disagreed, and said "you know what you can keep going your not eating". What???? I was extremely upset raised my voice and did argue at that point. SHE did not want to serve me because I raised my voice she said. But this was after the fact. I apologized for raising my voice but explained to her she needed to own up to her poor skills. Extreemly poor. She was angry at something before she took my order. To the manager...I apologize for the argument thru drive thru however like I said your employees have the worst skills and are definitely not being tolerated. Whatever you guys are doing there now it's enough to keep people away Chow mein is only chow mein not called anything else by Panda Express standards...your employee was pulling shade on me the customer. The aftermath of not wanting to serve me food I can understand but what led up to it...untolerable. And yes when driving away your female employee waved her hand off at me as if signing buy buy. How gross that is...and honestly says it all. I was right...attitude! So no worries if you turned a customer away that has gone there for over 10 years...the service and food are a hit and miss.

This particular Panda Express has some employees with major attitude problems. Also while the food is generally good, this Panda tends to use too much vinegar in their Orange Chicken IMO - it is much stronger than other pandas.
