Friendly, Reliable, and, most importantly, You want to feel that Your projects matter to them, and this is what Olivia makes You feel comfortable to know that You are being helped in professional ways.
And the gentleman's loading is careful and professional.

We're a small non-profit project working on a small reforestation garden in East Lancaster. Last month, I ordered a delivery of compost for our little native garden (trees, shrubs, grasses, etc.). The delivery driver showed up visibly high. I helped with directing him into our property--the gate is only 10 feet wide, so I made sure to ***ask him if he could clear it.*** He said he could. He cleared it with no problem getting into the property, then damaged the left gate on the way out. I told him to let his manager, Miguel, know that I would be calling him for reimbursement once I spoke to my repair guy to get an estimate. When I called Miguel to let him know about the damage, he seemed shifty. I texted him later with the estimate--$200 for materials and installation. NO RESPONSE. I called their office and left a message. NO RESPONSE. Highly recommend you support other small businesses in the area that actually have integrity and accountability.

Customer service was great BUT when the rock arrived there was so much dirt added in. Also lots of random cement rocks and random size rocks too. Almost like they don't really have a good separation between the different kinds of rock they sell. And all the dirt we had to sift through to get the rock out was just a hassle. I won't be going with them again. ?

I bought mulch and "fruit & veggie mix" soil from this company for a back yard garden project. We set up a mutually agreed upon on the next Monday at 8am and I paid for the entire order.Monday at 8am they were not there. I called at 10am and they said "oh sorry, we didn't write down the time to be there. We will deliver it as soon as our truck gets back". At noon we will had nothing, so I called back.. was told "oh we forgot, we will get it out on the next truck". After I threatened to cancel the entire order and call my bank to cancel payment, they finally said they'd be there in the next few minutes. 1:30pm the truck finally arrived at my home... And I'm really disappointed in the mulch. The mulch had a lot of trash and debries in it like aluminum soda/beer cans and other plastic debris.Now a couple weeks later, the "fruit & veggie mix" is molding over.
