“I must first say the quality of the produce is superb. First time in a long time I’ve actually had fresh ripe fruit since I’ve been in Lancaster. I went through the reviews and have seen some of the bad ones lol. It’s people who think the folks working as grocers, deli counter attendants etc don’t have families and want to go home to their families after their long days work, privilege is a drug. This store is always clean and well stocked and if you get their before the deli closes you can get some of the best delicatessen’s Lancaster has to offer”

“This place is a hidden gem but they were very courteous and quick! We were in and out within 10 minutes. When you have a child that's not feeling well, every minute counts. The staff was knowledgeable and I felt they cared and were so attentive to our needs. Awesome customer service I recommend this pharmacy to everyone now. 10 out of 10 recommend!”

“Wished they knew more about my medication and alternatives to it. I had to call many times to get answers on how to order my prescription which is a controlled substance, but I need it for survival.”
“The pharmacy is rarely open at 8 or even 8:15 though it says 8 am. Twice in the last few months when they do open, I’ve been told they are having computer problems, it will be another 15 min or so even though this morning she told me it’s a new system? New system but come back that’s what I heard again today. So I’ve had to make several trips just to get each prescription. It’s a waste of time and gas. After several months you would think their computer problem would be fixed but it’s not. And about a month ago the photo department told me my order was ready but when I got there no one could find it, after 15 min of searching they told me they had to reprint it so I had to wait another 30 min to have that reprinted. This place has really gone downhill.”

“My daughter ran out of her medication and it was near closing her original Walgreens pharmacy didn't have her meds in stock I called this pharmacy and the lady I spoke with was very nice and rushed my daughters prescription and it was filled on time....thank you so much for all you guys do! ??....this is an add on to my previous review, everytime I have an issue with my daughters original walgreens I call this one(50th&Ave. N)...they are so helpful and SO ENDEARING and understanding of my issues and follow through with help and assistance to make sure my issues are resolved...YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!??”

“Unfortunately, I don’t remember the employee’s name, but at the end of November I was helped at the checkout by an exceptionally kind and helpful CVS employee. He took the time, showed great patience and was genuinely warm while assisting me with the Grinch Christmas Kisses from Hershey. The interaction truly touched me.
The kindness and sincere attention I received made a real difference and are, sadly, rare these days. Thanks to this employee, the Grinch Kisses even made it all the way to Amsterdam.

“Not bad, not bad. They could tell a couple of their cashiers and floor people to smile more or to be a tiny bit, dare I say......nice.
However there ARE a couple of very nice, helpful girls. One in particular, but I don't want to single her out because all the other girls might get jelly (resentful) and that wouldn't be fair to her. I hope the managers know whom I'm referring to, but they probably don't. Anyway the shelves are fully stocked, pretty much, and it is a more pleasant CVS then most of the other stores in the AV, except for two.”

“Rite Aid is not my normal pharmacy that I use, but this was the closest one to the ER I was being released from. So I have a few prescriptions that I need them to fill for both my husband and myself. I have used their delivery service once before. I received to msgs back to back, one for my hubby, the other for myself. I called and asked that all prescription please be delivered. A pharmacy rep called me back to let me know the delivery co they used said I was one mile outside their delivery zone on 20 miles. I told her they have delivered before, that's how I knew they have that option available. She said they app/program they use will not accept for delivery. I thanked her, hung up and immediately checked Waze, Google maps and direction through Yelp, 17 miles away. Not 21 miles. I called back and let the rep know this delivery co has delivered to us before and that three different navigation apps are saying I'm 17 miles away and could I please speak to a manager to see how I can go about getting our meds delivered. I even told her, if I needed to, how could I go about getting my prescription transferred to a Rite Aid closer to my home. It is still going through Rite Aid and they are still the same delivery co that will have to bring my meds anyway. This is bad customer service to Rite Aid customers. Iman in the pharmacy helped me, she called to advocate for us and was able to get the delivery co to go ahead and same day deliver to us! Way to go Iman! Thank you so much for going above and beyond for your pharmacy customers! It is deeply appreciated and made a not so good day much better. I would absolutely recommend filling your prescriptions here and plan on leaving my prescriptions here for future refills. Merry Christmas Rite Aid Pharmacy Reps!”

If that ever changes and I encounter rudeness, or a lazy worker I will say so right here, but so far this particular store has been the best out of what, 6? The CVS on K is close but a couple of their workers bring them down. It does not cost anything to be kind and respectful.”
