Curry (I believe that's his name)new worker see eagerness to learn and project with his highest quality within the industry very pleasant.Also I had a great sales rep I didn't catch his name and older gentleman with a lot of knowledge and understanding the loan and sales and Gain.I am investor in a realist and the reality of the pawn shop sell trades loan etc. This particular Lancaster location is great they have major investment events with sales and trades and a lot of other curriculums dealing with credible merchandise. Stop by take a look around you'll be surprised Lancaster Ciara and J location.

Great store and wonderful associates working there. Gary was very knowledgeable, professional and fair and Donna was so polite, helpful and nice. I’m a 40 year business owner and I was treated exactly like I expect from another business. I will definitely be back. Thanks!

I actually love this place. Great guys . But twice two of my items came up missing. My brand new Beats Studio headphones and brand new ps4 controller. Short fat dude with crazy hair said it’s because it was longer than 2 months Lmaooo but I’ve had products there longer than a year and nothing happened. Just be careful.

I went in here looking for a few things and Carlos was excellent. He recommended a lot of great items. The pricing quoted was fair and reasonable. I would recommend them for loan and purchase needs.

This place is the top shelf of pawn shops in the av! This is the one I come back to over and over again. They have the best prices are always willing to work with you in any way that they can. All the staff are completely professional and courteous.

I was at Platinum Jewelry &Loan on Sierra Hwy today. Everyone there was courteous and friendly. Gary was the one that waited on me. He's an all-day people person, and very precise at what he does. Will go back at anytime to do business with them.

Gives the best deal on loans. They will work with you when the due date comes up if you don't have the interest. I gave them 4 not 5 stars because they didn't notify me on some items that came due and I lost a ring that was a family heirloom. It is my responsibility to keep up but they also are suppose to notify you as a courtesy. So yeah its a good place and the people are nice especially Fernando.

I love this place! All the staff here is incredibly kind and helpful. I’ve been going through some thing and I have a very important piece there until I can get everything worked out. Being able to pay the interest and extend the time has been incredibly helpful. Wonderful experience

What a great shop. I was greeted at the door by a very sweet girl, Rebecca. I met with an appraiser and I was able to complete my transaction in a short amount of time. Thank you for your professional staff. Everyone I talked was wonderful.
