This is the kind of company I enjoy hiring. They’re like a full-service repair shop. They fixed my old TV, and they were just as skilled when I asked them to do the installation and mounting of a new one. They even helped me source for the best TV on discount. What more can you ask for?!!

Fixed my television for a reasonable price. He was fair and did the job as promised. A little hard to understand but his quality of work speaks for itself. Brought a second television in and couldn't find anything wrong with it... and didn't charge me for that diagnosis.

He repaired my TV, it was a little more than I wanted to spend, but my TV works like new, so I guess it was worth it. I'll be back if I'm ever in need of more TV repair.

If you have electronics more advanced than a VCR, skip this business. I believe the owner can deal with VCR repair because they are everywhere in his shop but flat TVs are beyond him. I have a tv that jumps from HDMI to AV. He was going to operate it until it happened. I dropped it off and less than an hour he called and wanted me to bring in my power cord. I brought it in. He plugged in my power cord into his ancient surge bar and in seconds said my tv's issue was the power cord. I asked if he really believes the issue is the power cord without watching the set to watch it jump. He said yes and wanted to overcharge me for a power cord. Trying to explain what he promised to do upset him and he became very irritated. I feel so dumb for going there. I could have went to Staples, best buy or anywhere else than this dump. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

1. I can understand only every 4th word the tech was saying; terrible communication skills. 2. None of my calls was ever returned. 3. I decided to just pick up the TV myself and bring it back home. This was my experience; your results may vary.

Over the years I have taken my problem electronics to this gentleman and he has always given me excellent repair results as well as an honest cost. In a few days I will be taking my video player to him because I trust his work and we should be so fortunate that we have his talent in our community these days. I know how hard it is to find any one that can still do repair work on older video and audio. I believe it's the customers responsibility to have some technical knowledge to understand the complexity of today's current technology and not think that everything can be repaired by the local electronics technician. There is always a limit to what can be done.

Its kind of hard to see as you drive on 10th Street West but it is in the same strip mall where the Korean restaurant is at. Steve has been there for more than 20 years in that same shop and he has been a tremendous blessing to myself and other homeowners as well. He knows what the problem is and gives you the diagnoses as quick as possible. Keep it mind that Steve is a Korean native, this means that there will be a language barrier. Don't get frustrated but understand that English is not his native language. If you respect this barrier and do your best to communicate, it will be a smooth and stress-free process. He only repairs television screens, camcorders, stereos, and DVD players... oh and yes he also repairs VCR players.... (if you are old enough to know what that is now).

Not the fanciest place you'll ever visit, but honest job with good pricing for my flat screen repair. A little bit of a language barrier at times, but work was done on a timely manner with good service! Definitely going back for more repairs (but I hope I won't have any more broken TVs!)
