The staff member was prompt, helpful and friendly. My husband has mobility issues, and she made a point of walking us in and out of the lab. She explained what tests she was doing and was quick and efficient. Appreciated the help!

Thank you so much for the fast and efficient service. Jessica drew my blood and is truly an expert as a Phlebotomist. I have small veins that have a great tendency to move. Jessica completed the orders from my doctor very quickly and painlessly.

I never wait when I make an appointment in this location. Walk-ins take forever but if you book your appointment in advance then you are in and out in less than 20 min

The only issue I had with this appointment was that with having a set appointment I had to wait to be called back about 13 minutes after my appointment. This is unusal for them as I have never had to wait when having an appointment.

I had read bad reviews about this lab, was thinking to go to Palmdale, I decided to go anyway didn’t have time to go to Palmdale, my appointment was at 9:30 was called at 9:25 , Krissy was super nice, super friendly not even felt the needle, and as she said a clean shot, she explained everything very clearly , was out super fast, I definitely recommend this place, glad a decided to come here, definitely come back, thank you Krissy many blessings.??

Here is an update this testing site has gotten WORSE!
Now they turn away Veterans and disabled young people who never know how to follow their "ridgid systems or phone only" operations?
Who knows if they ever get help?
Shame on you Quest!!!
Horrible no compassion computer tech savvy people are only welcome here.

The lady was super sweet to us but once the needle was inserted no blood was coming out. She kept moving the needle around in my 7 year olds arm causing her extreme pain. She then took the needle out and said she would try the other arm with a smaller needle. That worked but I wish she would have done that before hurting my daughter by moving the needle around. She burst into tears once we got to our car.

I believe that it was Ebony that provided excellent customer service. This took place at your Lancaster, CA facility. The only thing that bothers me is if you need to return a kit for testing, you have to make an appointment. I disagree. What is wrong with dropping the sample off? It is sometimes hard finding a time now for blood work let alone having to make a second appointment to drop off the stool sample. I thought at one time that this was allowed.

I don’t know the lady’s name that drew my blood but she was fantastic. Relatively easy check in, called back about 20 minutes before my actual appointment. She was polite and professional and I was done in under ten minutes. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly.
