I have been craving fried fish since ports o'call closed and we moved to Lancaster. Growing up in the LA proper and San Fernando valley let me constantly be exposed to foods from different cultures. This little gem made me remember why I love small businesses and reminded me to not judge based on a couple bad reviews. This place hit the spot! The cashier was so lovely as we walked in, the store could use a remodel, but for the prices and small staff, that is a minuscule issue. Everything we noticed was clean, no dust, and properly displayed. I love small store feel and this store is great! Tons of seafood items that tickled me pink and variety of items that easily can stock your pantry ( if you are adventurous and diverse in your eating ) lots of items from the Philippines, Japan tidbits, even some Caribbean items that makes it a gem. The cons which is only there if you compare it to huge markets... small staff, not a huge diversity of "American " food. The pros- small business, fried fish~ frozen sashimi for at home sushi, furikake for home rice and ramen, jerky marinade for oxtail, and amazingly sweet cashier~ and clean shelves. I left smiling from ear to ear and so glad that this little gem is only about 2 miles from me. It had more than the basics and made me feel more at home than most big stores.

Today is November 6th and it's been awhile since I've been at this store. At least 2 to 3 months. Now that the old manager is gone I'm talking about the Hispanic lady who is the Grouch she doesn't work there anymore. It's right now by grace and Mia to Friendly Filipino ladies. I bought today fried Pompano and it turned out all right and I will eat it for dinner. So if you like to have fried fish come back and support this business cuz the old manager is not here anymore. Their friend here now

It's great little shop if you are in a pinch. Friendly and pricing is good considering you don't need to drive to SCV or SFV.

Not honest and not professional! Two products were missing from my basket when I got home. It wasn't busy at the time I went. I claimed to be replaced and they refused. I've paid with a credit card and they didn't want to look up for it. They laughed at me and saying I'm cheap, because I was trying to claim it back.

I love this store. It carries jackfruit in the can by a few different brands. They also carry Fresh okra and oyster mushrooms, which I purchase a few times a month. This place has lots of fresh seafood and a decent variety of produce.

This is a nice little Filipino market run by good people. It doesn't the same selection as some of the bigger competitors, but the have all the basics and the prices are fair. I always enjoy shopping there and recommend.

the store it's kind of strange when you walk in there's a strange odor and the floors are very dirty but the guys behind The fish counter are very nice The ladies at the register could learn better customer service.
