This theater is amazing. They are so understanding and autism friendly. I had called them and told them about an awful experience we had at Cinemark 22 and that I was worried there would be an issue with my autistic children. They told me to come on down and give it a try. The employees were awesome and so friendly and understanding. They really made our experience enjoyable. This is the theater I will be coming to from now on. Thank you Regency Theaters on the BlVD. I have hope now for my kids to have a fun and safe and accepting movie experience any time we want to go to the movies now.

Extremely bad quality picture, dark and blurry and to top it off the screen is small and not centered or high enough to appreciate the whole picture. Very disappointing and completely ruined the movie experience. Do not recommend. Just go to a real Imax with láser Dolby vision projection.

It was a very nice theater small, so not very crowded. 3 screens, the handicap section was up high, so that was nice. Food was good. Price was high for what you get, but that's common with any movie theater experience.

We usually like this theater but after our experience yesterday with the manager I don’t even want to go back. Having my son questioned about his age in the concession line was ridiculous and rude. My son didn’t purchase the tickets himself online. Not to mention the last few times we went they didn’t even check our tickets or anyone else’s. It would be one thing if they asked me but to question my son is out of line. He is a child and it was unprofessional.

This is a nice little theater located in downtown Lancaster. They have recliner seats, which actually surprised me because when you look at the websites they say they have the old fashioned seats. I would even say it's better than the Cinemark theaters because they have actually reclining lazy boy seats. The tickets are reasonably priced I believe they have a $7 Tuesdays just a good theater to go to if you want to beat the crowds and it's showing the exact same movies as the other two big theaters in town. The theater was clean and neat well kept reasonable size concession stand

Love this theatre and the 7 dollar Tuesdays. The staff is great. I had leftovers from eating at happy hour and didn't want them to spoil in the car while in the theater. They let me bring it in. I bought 2 beers, a soda, and a large popcorn too. I'm sure as long as you are purchasing their items to they won't mind if you are running late and have to bring in leftover boxes from eating on the Blvd. But, if you don't buy anything, you shouldn't bring in leftovers cuz I wouldn't let you in lol thank you guys for being an awesome theater. My boyfriend and I love the recliner chairs and the fact that we can cuddle!

First time going best experience ever it’s a small theater means no people which is amazing super comfortable recliner sofa seats super chill no hassle great prices way better the cinemarks super undiscovered gem here in the AV found it late unfortunately just randomly decided to try it out trying to avoid lines and people and it was the best thing I ever did I strongly recommend this theater!
