The customer service is excellent at this store but my review is for the hair dye remover wipes that I bought here both brands that they sell here at the store gave me chemical burns and I used it on my face,arms and hands 🥺 I should’ve looked at their reviews on the Sally’s website but forgot to beware…

They all sell defective items. That is why they don’t accept returns in store. What store does not accept returns in store ? Bought a brand new taper and it was defective. 0 star

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff is rude af. I think they forget that if it wasn’t for the customers shopping there they wouldn’t get paid. If you don’t want to help customers get a job else where. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
