This whole homeless system is weird they only help if you have kids which ok I get but how many people in the AV with kids are homeless?? Like I mean actually homeless not staying with friends or family ect?? It’s actually people out here that have nowhere to go and these companies that claim to help are actually no help

THE SA DOES NOT ASSIST FAMILIES REGARDING RENTAL ASSISTANCE, THEY ONLY HELP INDIVIDUALS. IF YOU'RE A FAMILY NEEDING RENTAL ASSISTANCE SA WILL REFER YOU TO VALLEY OASIS WHO AT THIS TIME HAS A FREEZE ON THEIR FUNDING UNTIL JULY 2025!

I called for utility assistance. The older sounding lady is confused. She told me to call back on a day that wasn’t doing the utility i needed help with and when i asked her the day for the utility I was calling about she said she gave it to me. Going round in circles. So when I called this morning, getting thru finally, the same lady said they had no funding, now you didn’t know that days before when I talked with you? Calling and getting thru is consuming and sometimes you don’t during the allotted hour. Why not just put the utility info on the recording; utility-day-calling time. Simple
