About Shadow Park Inns & Suites
Shadow Park Inns & Suites is a really big, nice complex. Its location close by metro train is a definite plus. The rooms offer amazing space, with some being clean and comfortable, though some are outdated or plain bare. The staff is very friendly and provides excellent service. The business is making updates and adjustments to the motel. However, a significant concern is the graveyard shift employee constantly sleeping, failing to address chaos, noise, and disturbances on the property, which is an ongoing issue. Despite this, many find it a good stay and would return, especially looking forward to the pool opening.
Staff has an arrogant attitude towards anyone less fortunate than them rooms are never properly cleaned nor maintained. And they have roaches that may possibly beat you up when you turn off the lights...
