SpringHill Suites Lancaster Palmdale offers a convenient location near the AV fairgrounds and easy access to surrounding areas. Guests appreciate the comfortable, large rooms that feature a mini suite setup with a king bed and a couch. The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast, although some guests note that the staff struggles to keep up with demand, resulting in limited hot food availability and occasional shortages of plates and napkins.
The hotel is generally deemed safe with security measures in place, including a pass key for rear entry and staff presence at the front desk. While many guests commend the courteous and accommodating staff, experiences vary regarding room maintenance and cleanliness. Some guests reported issues such as plumbing problems, malfunctioning TVs, and cleanliness concerns in shared areas. In contrast, others praised the attention to detail from housekeeping.
While the hotel offers good value, some guests feel that the management does not prioritize maintenance or guest comfort, resulting in a mixed experience. The lobby area lacks air conditioning, making it uncomfortable during warmer days. Overall, SpringHill Suites Lancaster Palmdale is a budget-friendly option, attracting visitors with its location and price, but guests advise potential visitors to be aware of the varying quality in service and facilities.
I would give 10 stars if I could! Our family stayed at Spring Hill Suites due to my husband’s job. We unfortunately had to check out late, and the team was amazing and very accommodating to us.
