Hi, my name is Ashley, I came in several times and each time, I had Sofia help me, another individual did but I could not grasp there help when all they did was send me everywhere, so I asked for Sofia, each time I went in and without any hesitation, she jumped up and helped me. I’m in college and my only free time is the weekends. She had such a positive attitude and even made me laugh a couple of times. If anyone deserves a raise it should be her. She definitely deserves to be noticed.I also saw her help another customer with a little one with her and even then she was very sweet and had manors.

I went to the Staples store on 12/14/23 on Valley Central Way in Lancaster CA and a young lady named Leann went out of her way to help me. But since I was a Spanish-speaking client, she couldn't do much. She politely asked me to wait while she asked someone who did speak Spanish for help. The employee who helped me at first called a young employee named Carly, I think, and asked her if she could please help me. The young woman looked at her so crazy and said something about how she doesn't speak Spanish but I know she does. I heard it, it's not the first time I've gone to that same store. The first young woman did what she could and went to another employee for help. I just can't believe this is the customer service Staples provides. I thank Miss Leann who helped me in the beginning and who finally came to help me place my order.

Fui a la tienda Staples el 14/12/23 en la Valley Central Way en Lancaster CA y una joven llamada Leann hizo todo lo posible para ayudarme. Pero como yo era un cliente de habla hispana, ella no pudo mucho. Ella cortésmente me pidió que esperara mientras ella pedía ayuda a alguien que si hablaba español. La empleada que me ayudo al principio llamo a una empleada joven llamada Carly, creo, y le pregunto si porfavor me podia ayudar. La joven la miró tan loca y dijo algo de que no habla español pero sé que sí. Yo la escuché, no es la primera vez que voy a esa misma tienda. La primera joven hizo lo que pudo y fue a buscar ayuda a otro empleado. Simplemente no puedo creer que este sea el servicio al cliente que brinda Staples. Agradezco a la señorita Leann que me ayudó al principio y a la que finalmente vino a ayudarme a realizar mi pedido.

I went in staples in Lancaster to print out a document using one of the print machines. After the document was printing I noticed that the top of my doc was cut off. I approached the print service counter to ask if the document could be reprinted. I was serviced by one of the unkind print staff and she informed me that it was “my document” that was wrong and not staples printer (with an attitude). I had to explain to her that the document was a pdf and was not cut off when the pdf was created and gave her the print release code to check the document. She then came back to the counter with the pdf reprinted without it being cut off. I had her verify that it was their self service printer and not my document as she strongly indicated before checking on her end. I would suggest some new customer service training for your employees that don’t want to do their job. Having an attitude and being wrong shows as very unprofessional and untrained. There should not be a back and forth of defense convo from the employee on what they assume the problem is if they haven’t even bothered to troubleshoot the issue 1st…

Hp printer / asurion protection insurance.Printer went bad had 2yr protection plan. Filed claim did all paperwork necessary. Got the run around for 7 months passed around playing phone tag. I finally threatened to sue them and finally received my $215. This insurance ( asurion ) is not worth the $$ go elsewhere my opinion.

I was promised next-day service for my printing order which was needed for a conference on Oct 19, 2023. However, despite calling several times and being asked to wait until 5 o'clock, nothing was done to fulfill my order. This left me and my husband very upset. Nevertheless, I would like to appreciate your efforts in straightening out my order and having it ready on time. Thank you so much for your help.

Returns here are a mess. I haven’t had a good experience since doing the returns here. Employees work really slow when there are lines of people.Last time coming here, I was trying to show the guy that both items look similar, and which is which he disregarded and ended up mixing them up. He seemed so over it and let me leave.

Overall, it was a pretty good dining experience! The staples that I ate did scratch my throat a little, but I think I was just overreacting. Anyways, when the woman asked me, "may I help you?", I got so offended that I went behind the counter and drop kicked her so hard that she flew around the store at maximum trajectory! Everyone clapped for me! Even though I got kicked out and got the police called on me, I got out soon because my long lost cousin from Ohio bailed me out. He's so sweet! Anyways, I went back there and shoved a iPhone down my throat too. It was of decent quality, but it was free, so I'm not complaining too much...

The new Amazon return system is a mess. Staff are uninformed about how it works and seem frustrated with the new foot traffic caused by it. All around not a huge deal as there's an actual UPS store across the street but regardless.
